I got a flagship beer flight and my wife got the flagship cider flight: six pours each. We enjoyed them all. The facility is great and ver dog and family friendly. Lots of things to do if you don't want to sit around and drink. If I was local, I'd be here a lot
Was not there for the rooms, we stopped primarily for a good craft beer and a bite to food. Both were excellent! I am a fan of destination breweries, and this one is off the beaten path, but the trip is worth taking!
A little out of the way, but well worth your time. Great pace

Stable Craft Brewing & Cidery offers good food on small plates, with everything extra including BBQ sauce. Customers wait on themselves and receive table delivery. Known for excellent Craft BBQ Platter and Burnt Ends Appetizer, featuring brisket, pulled pork, andouille, and crispy potatoes. The beer and cider lineup is extensive, with options like the dry cider, strawberry cider, and Blueberry Blonde Ale. The chocolate milkshake stout is rich and not bitter, while the green apple cider is light and delicious. The atmosphere is enhanced by a big indoor and outdoor space with a huge patio, and live music on Saturdays adds a nice touch. Friendly service and a visit with Clydesdale complete the experience. The views and ambiance of the restaurant are also highlights, making it a place worth returning to.
