I was there for lunch today and I want to commend the manager for keeping her cool while the rudest customer I've ever seen started yelling and cussing disrupting the restaurant and then threw the food at the manager!! She handled that with grace and kept her calm because honey if that were me I would have flew over the counter and lost my job!!! Gave 5 stars for the Manger great job!!
I dont usually post reviews but in this case I am I was in wendys today and the cashier had two of the rudest nasty customers the lady and I use that term loosely threw food across the counter at her they removed them from the premises I must say that cashier handled that situation with grace I couldn't have done that GOOD JOB to that lady!
My husband and I come in regularly one day a week and I have to say our visits the past few weeks have been so pleasant and I have to mention why the lady that waits on us is absolutely the sweetest I had my husband go ask her name because shes always so sweet shes very neat in appearance something we haven't seen there in a very long time she laughs with other coworkers takes the time to engage with us and always has a smile on her face something you very rarely see anymore...
