I stand waiting for some one to take my order after 5 minutes I look around 3 of the worker were out side smoking..They finally come inside not wash their hand and took my order fix my food. This is sad only one other couple in the build....16.45 for a order that I couldn't eat

I'm going to make a long story short. I ordered no salt fries and what I got was a very small order of fries that had been dropped into the frying grease. I've included a picture. The order taker was very pleasant and patient. It took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST service you can imagine. Employee's highly intoxicated on drugs, it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMER AHEAD OF YOU - and it's the same excuse every time I've ever went "sorry, we're short handed" when in reality there's enough employees, they just don't care or are too high on drugs to know where they are or what they're doing ! ?

They never have enough people working here, and I ordered an iced coffee last time I was there and it didn't even have any ice in it. And when I tried to get a new one the lady told me "no that they're pre made". I've never heard such stupidity in my life. Not to mention it had the wrong lid on it so you can spill it easier. ?
What happened to "have it your way"?? Now I can't have ice in my iced coffee???? Ridiculous.
