Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,

my husband clarified with the worker at drive thru NO BBQ several times. BBQ still put on sandwich. they tried to skip out on giving him his snack wrap he paid for too. do not go here. staff does not know how to listen whatsoever.

There was hardly anybody there and the workers were talking to each other while I was ordering and didn't understand me the first time in I had to repeat myself multiple times. The food was okay and the drink was semi okay. But I don't really recommend this place

My order was wrong, and a VERY KIND young lady, (I WISH I HAD GOTTEN HER NAME) fixed it, actually did more than fixed it, she refunded me…I did wait a little longer than normal. I think this location needs to fire the old rude lady, and hire more like the young lady sweeping the dinning room when I walked in!! (I wish I had gotten her name!!!!!)

Got a whopper with cheese and everything on it. The first bite there was something off on taste. A juicy and rotten tomato was on it. Had to throw the entire sandwich away!

This is the 3rd order completed wrong. Trying to get the store to answer the phone or return the voicemail has not happened. The app area is not any better either. Once this issue is resolved I will not be back. All I wanted was m y correct food order. Not much to ask for since you had no problem taking my money as soon as the order was placed! This is a picture if a chicken sandwich which was to be plain covered in mustard and lettuce. I was missing a 2nd chicken sandwich and both order of fries where cold!
