One of the workers was staring at us while we were placing our order on their self serve machines. It was very uncomfortable when it asked us to leave a tip and she was watching us to see what we were going to tip her. We left a higher tip than we normally would because we were worried about how she would complete our order if we didn’t. The donuts were slightly undercooked and we don’t feel comfortable returning after such service.

Took an hour and a half for them to make my donuts. Another guy ordered in store and had been waiting for over 2 hours. When he asked if he could cancel his order and get a refund the employee said no they don’t do that. Donuts are good but not worth waiting hours for.

A business associate of mine loves this place. He could be correct, that first you need to try the original location in North Carolina. The maple and chocolate bacon donut was interesting, and I admire the handiwork of the employees. They are creative. They have quite a few wacky flavors, which is innovative, if you're looking for something different than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. All of the folks working here are fun, polite, and efficient. Yet the coffee needs to be strengthened. When I have donuts I want 10W30 Marine Corps java. That's not happening here, as it's ordinary with just a regular taste. I'll give it a like, but I'm more a fan of the competition. Bias alert being from Boston where Dunkie is king. Go in and give it a try, as people more fun loving/creative with food will appreciate this more.

Unique way of making donuts here where they cook all donuts fresh for you, so nothing has been sitting in the case for hours. As far as I can tell, all donuts start with the basic vanilla donut then they add various toppings to create the various flavored donuts. I tried the key lime pie pop donut and enjoyed it.Service is fast with everything being freshly made so your food will be hot and fresh. There's no place to sit inside and the store is small, so you can eat at one of the tables outside if the weather is good. If not, you'll have to take it home to eat.I enjoyed this place and might go back if I'm in the area, but it's not worth a special trip.

Finally opened!!! I've been eyeing this place for almost 2 years now and happy they're open for business. The day I went was for donut day bc I needed an excuse to get out and eat donuts before bedtime jaja. The line was up to the door but moved pretty fast considering these are made-to-order fresh donuts. The cashier was super friendly and answered all my questions for Donut day. I obviously left with more than enough donuts to share with my neighbors bc these donuts are deliciously fresh. The money I spent there was worth it! I love that there is seating outside to enjoy these fresh warm pillows of dough and enjoy them with coffee.

These donuts are absolutely delicious, of course. They make them right in front of you so you can eat a warm, fresh donut! And they have lots of different options. However, the customer service is BAD. The kid at the cash register today was beyond horrible at customer service. Just stared at me, said nothing, until I realized he wasn’t finishing something up but weirdly just waiting for me to say something. The whole thing was so awkward and unprofessional. I’ve never had a good customer service experience in there.

So bad Customer service we got there before everyone and where the last to receive what we order and the frappe we order they didn’t even ask if we wanted whipped cream and give it to us without it we ask for a refund the ladies say we can’t give you a refund in order for that we need our boss to come how can there be a store without a manager or someone in charge..
