Donuts are more of an infrequent splurge, and while I live close by, I work from home and was having a very busy week. I decided to get a half dozen delivered as a treat. My previous experiences with Duck Donuts have all been 5-star, whether in the Outer Banks or in the local stores, including Springfield. I was underwhelmed today. I order 2 maple bacon, 2 chocolate iced, 1 coffee cake, and 1 coconut island bliss. The toppings were decent, but usually they are over the top...

Kaitlyn was the BEST. I have never been to Duck Donuts she was so kind, we ended up buying extra! It's nice to visit an establishment, and the employees are patient and kind. You can tell she loves her job! We customers appreciate this service thank you!
