Updating my review and giving them zero stars.Ordered 2 pounds boneless wings tonight and this is what I got for the 1/2 pound plain wings. 90% breading. This is unacceptable!!!!--‐--------------------When it comes to chicken wings, I am very picky. I am glad I finally found the best spot to get the juicy-spicy chicken wings in the DMV area. Look no further. Try their wings, you will become a fan for life!

I love this pizza, although it's not the best iv had. Nice service, average prices, good pies and a pub in the back if your down for that. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was very good if your into the whole square, crispy thing. I'm a fan of NY style pizza myself so I wasn't used to this style. The other dishes like spaghetti and wings look delicious as well although I can only speak for the pizza. It's been around forever so they know what they are doing. I'd recommend!

We were big fans of Ledo for many years but we have finally reached the point where we won't go back. I wasted $42 on food that was truly inedible. I was told that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and the order was already up for pickup. When I got home, we opened the box and saw that the pizza was all pepperoni (not half pepperoni, half cheese), it was missing huge areas of cheese and it didn't look at all like a normal Ledo Pizza. The pizza was not fully cooked and the crust was thick. The bottom wasn't even brown. I called the store to ask for a refund -- I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and was passed on to Jacob. He identified himself as the manager on duty. I explained the situation and he was incredibly rude. He told us he could not do a refund over the phone, they had a 15 year old in the kitchen on his first night and I could go and post it on Yelp if I was unhappy. He told me there were a bunch of "messed up" pizzas and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked why a 15 year old was unsupervised or not being mentored in the kitchen. When I told him I was really upset and going to share this with their corporate office, he told me to go ahead and do that before he proceeded to hand up on me. Our family has a long history of supporting Ledo, especially at this location. So sad to see what has happened to our (formerly) favorite pizza spot.

Ledo is my favorite pizza place but I think this location’s quality has gone down recently. Pizza does seem to be a bit undercooked, sauce not spread evenly, and I question if a bit stale too in our most recent pick-up. I’m hopeful they’ll improve - the Fairfax location seems to have more of a classic Ledo taste but this one is a bit closer to me.

It was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I never had pizza I thought was bad. Some I did not prefer but pizza is always at least okay. My father and I split a pizza and asked for ham, bacon, and pepperoni. It came out with so much bacon we could have made four more pizzas with the amount of bacon. I didn’t know what to do, how do you complain about a pizza with too much of the topping you asked for? I am not the type of person to send things back because I feel bad. We ended up scraping off as much bacon as we could and I ate as many slices as I could. My stomach started to feel sick after four pizza squares. After we packed up the pizza, we almost filled an entire tray with the bacon taken off. The waitress was polite and nice. The chicken wings were decent. Needless to say, I will never go back and I do not want pizza for the foreseeable future after this. If you love 80 percent bacon and 20 percent pizza this is your spot.

Out of town folks - stopped in for lunch. Sat at the cute bar in the back. Great little space. Very welcoming. Wings were recommended and did not disappoint. Got the Mike's hot honey old bay wings...I'd have to say my top 3 favorite wings. Perfect flavor and perfect crisp. Loved them! Followed up with the Mike's hot honey pizza and a sausage and pepperoni pizza....both were delicious with the perfect crisp crust!!! Great food and great drinks. Staff are great too!! Highly recommend!!!

After two weeks Ledo's management has not gotten in touch with me i. Anyway regarding the incident in which the West Springfield stores general manager outright stated that they would not make accommodations for a disabled customer. Due to the fact their weekly trivia teams take priority in seating. Even though the marketing director stated here on yelp that they would be looking into the matter. At this point although I had been a regular customer who enjoyed the food , ambiance, and service at this location neither myself, many of my friends, nor those in our disabled community will be eating there again.

I love this restaurant. The staff is so engaging and nice and my favorite area pizza by far. Plus, love the pub environment. My wife and I will sometimes just go to the pub for mini dates and it feels like a quaint English or Irish pub. Great ambiance and selection of local brews.Kid-friendliness: Our middle schooler and her theatre cast mates had an ad hoc after party at this Ledos and not only was the staff productive and pleasant with a crazy size party, but they engaged with the kids regularly about acting and theatre. It was awesome.

I asked for well done due to this specific reason and I’ve experienced the same undercooked pizza.I spoke with the location manager and she asked that I receive a Groupon or drive back for the staff to make another undercooked pizza instead of issuing a refund. It was great previously, but perhaps they are under new management and they have zero quality control. We were regulars for many years but will no longer be returning to this location.
