This is a really good spot. The food is fresh and the Mac and Cheese is awesome. The staff is very friendly. Prices are fair. Family friendly as well. Very clean. LGBTQ friendly

Do not order catering from this location! Received something completely different from what I ordered and when I called about the order, the manager on duty had an indifferent attitude. Wish I had paid with a credit card instead of debit because I would be disputing the charge.

Wasted half my lunch waiting for my food, only to find out it was getting cold because they spelled my name wrong even after I spelt it for them.

Edit: raised my rating, since the food here is still really good and I keep coming back for their sandwiches and soups.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The customer service was rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in — it felt like they didn’t care at all. I waited a long time just to get my order, and when the food finally came out, it was cold, bland, and on top of that they messed up my order. I usually wouldn’t mind but they gave me something I couldn’t eat, so I had to throw it again. Waste of money. Definitely not coming back — there are way better places that actually value their customers.

I usually enjoy McAlister's Deli but my recent visit was really disappointing because one of their workers. She was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. It felt like she didn't want to be there or help customers at all. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but her attitude really ruined the experience for me as well as her manger's unprofessionalism. I hope corporate addresses this issue because id hate for other customers to be treated this way. I asked for her name up front i believe it was Carol.

We've been ordering online and using take-out for a least a dozen times since it's opened. Not sure how service is, but out food is always quickly made, and I have never had a mistake yet. Good price too. Our toddler likes the Mac-n-cheese sides.

If you’re picking up takeout, check your order twice they forgot to put sides or condiments. Not a big deal, but if you’re paying for something, you should receive everything that is advertised. This happened twice so they’re not pretty good at checking your order before handing it to you.

The ultimate nachos are slightly diff than the pictures (round hard tortilla chips) and 2 small slices of avocado compared to the pictures. The salad size was very big
