I placed an order on the app on 3/11. I waited 15 minutes inside the restaurant. I noticed the cookies that I ordered weren’t in the bag so I was distracted by that as they had me walk towards the bakery. Once we arrived at home I realized we were missing an entire sandwich, received the wrong soup, and had 2 bags of chips missing. I called back irritated as one family member didn’t even get their food order. I was not going to go back out in the rain and made a call to the store. Spoke with a female manager whom then offered to refund me for the sandwich. 5 days later and I still don’t see any refunds were given for the food I never received. Never going back here.

Accessibility is the issue with Panera. There's no drive through and it's hard to get in and ot on foot because you have to cross traffic to get in and out.
I went there with my kids, and they really loved it. They have a kids menu, and the mac and cheese comes with squeezed yogurt. The price is reasonable and it's delicious. A lot of moms come with their kids, so there are a lot of kids. Even though the kids cry and are a bit noisy, I feel at
