This Panera is a neighborhood staple that is extremely busy, with waits of 20 to 30 minutes for lunch unless pre-ordered. The restaurant is in need of a nice renovation, but the staff work their butts off and are always polite. Customers have been coming for 9-10 years, and the service is always on time with great service. The vibe is good, and the manager always goes far and beyond to see customers happy. The food is very yummy and described as real food, perfect for breakfast and easy lunch. However, some reviews note that ingredients are sometimes barely there or non existent. One customer ordered the breakfast family meal and found only about 4 1/2 tiny pieces of chicken on the chicken avocado breakfast sandwich, calling it ridiculous and hoping the restaurant will do better. Despite this, many regulars love the place and appreciate the fast orders and nice customers.
