We've been to this location a couple of times, and I am not impressed at all. The meatballs don't have much of a taste and this past time were served cold. The pizza can be good but are hit or miss. The first time there the dough was undercooked and limp, this past time it was cooked well. There are a lot of people in NOVA that swear by Pupatella, I have seen glimpses of what it can be. The potential has yet to be fulfilled.

Visited the Springfield location, ordered ahead because I was running late, asked to eat in, was informed it was only for dining in, restaurant was empty, they placed me at a side table. I thought it was poor customer service. food was good.

Great pizza place in West Springfield! The pizza ovens are imported from Italy for a more authentic experience. The ingredients are fresh coupled with friendly service and a decent atmosphere.
