We hired Nomini Bay to serve oysters during cocktail hour and our wedding and the guests could not stop raving about both the raw and grilled oysters. Both were fantastic. Nomini Bay was great to work with. Professional, informative, and self sufficient. Having this vendor at our wedding was the perfect touch, especially for oyster lovers like ourselves!
