I got a milkyway coffee so good! Staff was friendly, place was clean and I got my caffeine fix. The espresso was perfection, not bitter, but very smooth taste. I woukd absolutely go back!

As a coffee connoisseur, who travels not only locally, but also other countries, in pursuit of good quality roasted coffee berries (not beans), I was really disappointed with 1607. The coffee was clearly over-roasted, which not only left a harsh, bitter taste but also caused stomach irritation. That kind of bitterness is usually a sign of poor-quality coffee, and no amount of sugar or cream should be needed to mask it. Good coffee should stand on its own, rich and smooth without additives. Unfortunately, 1607 missed the mark for me. Other than that, the people and atmosphere, were great!

Love the lattes and the food! Brisket tacos and the crepadilla were both fantastic. The ambiance is lovely with lots of greenery and beautiful art on the walls. Good and drinks arrived promptly on a Saturday morning when it was busy. 5 stars!

The only bad experience we had was the employee chatting and taking forever on our order but they drinks and the food was excellent

Ordered an iced lavender fields and it was perfect! They had lots of specialty drinks to choose from and tons of seating you can work at. Will be back!
