Bravo. First time there today. I enjoyed a café au lait with a bagel toasted exactly to my liking. Unoccupied tables were scarce, so I ended up asking a young lady working on her laptop if might sit diagonally opposite her. We were good table mates, both of us being busy on our respective computers.

Fantastic food, fast and friendly service, and an awesome and clean venue! Ube cheesecake is unique, not as sweet as other options if that's your preference. Caramel apple tart is perfect, everything you could want it to be! Crepe-dilla is the quintessential breakfast crepe. Fig-cotta toast is fantastic, a wonderful creation and an absolute must-try! Brisket tacos are just okay, maybe a little dry. Buttered biscuit is great, particularly for just $1! Caramel apple cider and butterbeer and Canadian fall lattes are all fun and delicious. Ham and cheese croissant is a savory delight. Pumpkin cream cheese danish and caramel almond delicacy and both amazing pastries! Can't go wrong with the limoncello ricotta cheesecake, either.

I have been wanting to try 1607 Coffee for quite a while & finally made it in there about 2 weeks ago. I have been about 10 times since then. The service is wonderful, and everyone has always been so friendly. Great atmosphere! I have had many different lattes and iced coffees and have loved them all!!!

I was so excited to try out this shop and it was a must have for me on our Virginia trip. I want to start by saying the coffee I got (s’mores ice latte) and food (bacon egg and cheese bagel) was SO good. We came in on Labor Day before our journey home so we expected it to be busy and there to be a wait. What we didn’t expect was to wait 30 minutes for a drink that got left in the blender. My spouse ordered a red bull smoothie. Our food came out first and then my latte. We continued to wait trying to be patient as it was busy, but once everyone else was getting their drinks that ordered 20 minutes after us we started to get annoyed. I watched at the guy started to make my spouses drink and waited and waited and waited while it sat in the blender while every other drink got made. Again they were busy, maybe he’s new, I have no idea we were trying to be patient. I got in line to ask for a refund for the one drink when he walked over to the blender, looked at the drink and swirled it around to “mix” it, poured it in a cup and called my name. I ended up asking for a refund and for them to toss the drink because it was melted and completely separated at this point. Maybe we came on a bad day but sadly wouldn’t stop here again.

Love this place! Very cute setup. The latte I had was one of the best lattes I've ever had - no exaggeration there. I came here on vacation, but if I'm ever in Williamsburg again I'm definitely going to try to come back.
