Great local distillery making spirits in a Colonial fashion. The bourbon is particularly tasty and they've got a very interesting selection of spirits. Friendly and fun place for a stop after a long day at Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg.
Such a fun spot. Large outdoor seating area plus a few tables inside near the bar. We stopped in for a flight and stayed for a great conversation with one of the owners. Their recipes are colonial inspired and the flavors of the liquor are unique. After trying a free sample, my husband ordered a tasting flight and I ordered a cocktail flight. We left with a few small bottles to take home. Really nice that they offer a 200ml bottle for most of their liquors in addition to the traditional 750ml. We’ll be back the next time we’re in town.
Loved the atmosphere, very cozy, friendly staff. Highly recommend this hidden gem. If you’re in the Williamsburg area, make sure to stop here. The spiced rum was perfection!
Awesome distillery. Great spirits. Kara is a great bartender
Stopped by there to grab some custom bourbon glasses, instead i left with 2 bottle of their fantastic bourbon. will be back to get more. Highly recommend.
Great tour. Lovely knowledgeable staff. Learned a lot. Good tasting liquors.
Great srrvice and very detailed tour! They were the only coloniel distillery that I saw near williamsburg so they stood out to me and they did not dissapoint!
This distillery is so wonderfully unique. Kara explains the products perfectly and creates a relaxed environment. All of their spirits use ingredients only available to colonials in Williamsburg in the 17th century. My favorite is the gin, but the rums and whiskeys are great as well. It’s a must see in Williamsburg and an often overlooked place to have a great cocktail by locals.
Historic distillery with staff that are passionate about the craft. I learned alot from the tour of the process. Great place to meet friends for a few drinks!
My wife and I had a wonderful time here. We took the free tour and learned a lot about the history of distilling in the colonial era. We then tried a flight of their whiskies and rum. All were excellent. Great atmosphere and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you're in the Williamsburg area, definitely worth a stop.

Awesome experience. This is a historical distillery, they use as close to original methods in the distilling process. The tour was very informative. The bourbon was my favorite. Ultimately, our waitress Cara, was a star. She sells the experience. The whole staff was amazing. The service enhances the experience.
Cool little distillery. Really enjoyed the tour.
