I've been here for 8 hours waiting to be loaded. This place is horrible.

It pays my bills and allows me to save for retirement. Whats not to like?

This place is a joke, tried to check in but the scale house security said they were performing system maintenance and couldn't check anyone in I would need to come back in about a hour. Can't park on property so he was nice enough to tell me about a spot about half a mile away. Sit on the dock for about 3 hrs get told to go weigh out and get my paperwork. Get on the scale and the shipping clerk rejected letting me leave because I was only at 70,000lb gross with a drive axle weight of 33,680. I'm now sitting on a door waiting for them to tell me to go weigh out again so I can be over weight and most likely here all damn night. If you don't have to come here, I'd advise against it. All this b.s over some cheap ass freight only to cover my fuel to get me back to a area I can actually make some money.

Pallets fell apart over the road. Picked up in St. Louis to deliver here Monday 8/12/24, it was not busy. Getting in was not bad. The pallets fell apart. The pallets consisted of 24oz cans stacked on flats wrapped in plastic. Just looking at those you’d have to wonder how it was going to stay together. I didn’t make any emergency stops or take extra hard turns. Normal driving, to Virginia from St. Louis through Kentucky on 64. I would think after all these years in business they would have figured out how to put pallets together. It is not practical to drive 1000 miles at 30mph to keep the pallets from falling apart. There are only a few companies that I would never take a load from and Budweiser is now on that list.

The manager here didn’t want to unload the trailer. He stated that I was not his priority. He told me his priority was unloading pallets that were together. Had me waiting 6 hours before anyone started unloading the trailer. Also stated he was going to bill me the labor for restacking the pallets. I missed picking up the next load. That is a big loss. After 10 hours the yard jockey came and removed the glad, said they were done unloading but wait till get the green light before putting away.

I have carried beverages from various companies. Notable I recently had a load of Modelo Especial, which happens to be the new King of Beer after the transgender debacle. Company falling apart, pallets falling apart- Sounds fairly consistent. And to mention I went from the Mexico border to Salt Lake City and not one pallet of Modelo Especial fell apart.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. HAD TO BE IN BY 1700. I ARRIVED AT 1607. WAS PLACED IN A DOOR. SAT AT DOOR FOR OVER 4HRS. HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM BUT THEIR WASNT ONE. I DROPPED MY TRAILER AND RAN TO THE STORE DOWN THE STREET. GOT A CALL FROM A GUY INSIDE SAYING HE WAS GO CANCEL MY LOAD. TOLD ME HE WAS GO CALL MY COMPANY AND TELL THEM I WAS RUDE, BUT I HAD NEVER SPOKE WITH HIM BEFORE SO HOW WAS I RUDE? HE BANNED ME FROM THE PROPERTY FOR NO REASON.
WHAT HE DIDNT KNOW IS THAT IM FROM RICHMOND AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN MY HOMETOWN. IT IS VERY DISTASTEFUL TO HAVE A DRIVER SIT FOR NEARLY 5HRS WITH NO BATHROOM. JUST DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS, LEAVE THE WINDOW OPEN SO THAT WE CAN HANDLE THINGS BEFORE WE.COME IN.
YOU WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HOW CAN U HAVE A OVER 100,000 SQUARE FEET BUILDING BUT NOT HAVE RESTROOMS??????
WE ARE NOT ROBOTS, WE ARE ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS. HAVE SOME RESPECT SIR.
JUST LIKE THE FEMALE DRIVER POST BEFORE MINES. IT PURE NON SENSE!
DO BETTER!!

Took over 30 minutes just to get through the guard shack. Once I was at my dock, I went to the drivers lounge to use the restroom. There is no restroom. Just tables, over priced vending machines, a tv and a closet with a hot water heater. Bring empty water bottles with you. This is one of the worst AB locations I've been to.

A terrible place to download. It's the worst place I've ever gone to download. They take hours and hours even if you are already trapped

Nice people very quick in and out thanks

In this place, if they don't have doors available, they take you out and tell you to come back in an hour. Otherwise, the trailer can't have a single hole or scratch inside because they don't load it, they are too demanding ?? 04/9/24

The worst place on earth. Especially if you come here for a delivery, they are not in a rush, you'll spend 12-20h here. My truck delivered a load from RYAN TRANSPORTATION, they don't pay detention so plan on spending entire day here for $0 and cancel your next load on time. He was at the delivery from 8 am to 9:00 pm

It's pretty easy getting in and out. Sunday pick up and 24-hour shipping/receiving. However, loads are heavy. They do have a scale, though.
