Easy Check In, Got loaded quickly, however you might want to check your trailer tires after. I watched a yard jockey drag 3 trailers out without hooking up the air line, i guess hes never had to pay for tires before. Uncalled for. Sorry Not Sorry.

One of the better spots I’ve been to—address and directions were clear, no headaches getting in. Self check-in kiosk made things smooth, and every time I showed up, they loaded me way ahead of schedule (0800 load for a 1600 appt? Can’t beat that). Guard at the gate was helpful, space to maneuver was solid, and the crew treated me with professionalism and respect—something that goes a long way out here. Didn’t see a lounge, vending, or restrooms, and no overnight parking, but the fast loading and easy check-in more than made up for it. Safety vest required, so come prepared. Overall, solid run—would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience working with this company as a delivery driver. I arrived with the load as scheduled, but the unloading process was extremely disorganized. I had to wait for several hours without any clear communication or explanation. The staff was unfriendly and seemed in no rush to assist with the paperwork or even explain what was going on. It felt like the company had no respect for the driver’s time.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and attitude toward those they work with. Otherwise, I would not want to deal with them again.

I spend One hour and 40 minutes to get to get to the Check Guard.
When I checked in at the self check kiosk, and was waiting about 15 Minutes for further instruction. Since i didnt get one, I get Inside in check guard office and saw an african american guy with watching a Video instead of processing documents. that's explains why there is so long Truck Line and it takes so much time to get check in.
For now, I'm still at the check guard waiting.

Be sure to fuel up before going in. They will load u as close to 80,000 as possible. 2 hour loading time. No staging area, will not load u early. One lane leaving.

Arrived 1230 for a 1pm appt and was told I had to come back after 2 because i was to light to load (meaning they want utilize every bit of weight on your trl and not just send you off too light). This property is to big not to allow u to stage. I return and was given a door. Loaded around 4 but didn't get checked back out until after 5 due to the long line to get out. They could be much better 1 lane to check out is crazy!!!

This place is a joke, tried to check in but the scale house security said they were performing system maintenance and couldn't check anyone in I would need to come back in about a hour. Can't park on property so he was nice enough to tell me about a spot about half a mile away. Sit on the dock for about 3 hrs get told to go weigh out and get my paperwork. Get on the scale and the shipping clerk rejected letting me leave because I was only at 70,000lb gross with a drive axle weight of 33,680. I'm now sitting on a door waiting for them to tell me to go weigh out again so I can be over weight and most likely here all damn night. If you don't have to come here, I'd advise against it. All this b.s over some cheap ass freight only to cover my fuel to get me back to a area I can actually make some money.
