Best grill ever ?.

This place is a joke and I don’t see how it’s still open for business. I stopped eating here a while ago when the table behind me found a roach in their salsa. However, I went here last night to get a quick drink from the bar after work. I got there at 11:34(they close at 12). When I got to the bar, the bartender told me that she already called last call. When I said it’s only 11:34, the manager(who was sitting at the bar with another employee) said they now call last call at 20 til. I said OK, it’s 11:34 so I should have 6 minutes to order one drink. The manager shrugged her shoulders. Ridiculous.

Establishment was empty and my food was delayed. Waitresses were busy arguing/discussing all kinds of nonesense and the lady didn't put my food in. Would never go back there.. HORRIBLE!! Should have known better when no one was in there.

I went to this location with my family recently, and the service we received was beyond horrible. The waitress kept messing our order up time after time and seemed very confused. She was very rude, she never checked up on us until we finally asked for a manager. When we we're getting ready to leave she questioned us about not tipping her and got very rude again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine here.

Only consistently good big dine out restaurant chain around, $10 bowls and beer ), great help and clean.. compared to Outback, TGIFridays, etc etc.. it's the best of them hands down, keeping the review simple, it's just a solid visit and experience :)

The service is outstanding. The restaurant is always clean. The restroom is also clean as well. The food is fresh and hot.

Had all you can eat boneless wings and crunchy shrimp french fries soda. They excellent.

Adam in phenomenal! He has a great attitude , personality and amazing customer service. We honestly need more people like Adam .

We ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders, there was absolutley no cheese on the pasta and being that we had it delivered to us we had no option to send it back- terrible food. Fries were also cold and were obviously old sitting under a heating light. Breadsticks were decent.

Wait service excellent,good shrimp best ever, ribs were meaty and flavorfull, fries were very peppery chicken pieces to small and dry. tenders were much better in previous all you can eat

Service was fine, but honestly the food quality has a lot to be desired. Not horrid, but I don't plan to go back ever.

We stopped in to enjoy a good meal and were met with 8-10 people waiting at the host station. One of the groups informed us that there were only 2 servers working on the floor and that they were still waiting to be seated. They had been there over 15 minutes. This isn't the first time that this restaurant was understaffed, but it was the worst. I don't see any reason to keep returning to a place that cannot put enough staff into place to serve the public.

I seldom rate any restaurant as poor, because they really have to go out of their way to get such a poor rating. This Applebee's has accomplished that task. In a party of eight I have never seen 2 people served, then in 5 minutes another 2 served, then another 5 minutes 2 more served and so on...Two of us ordered a chicken Fajita roll, NO CHICKEN IN EITHER, one person ordered ravioli, NOTHING INSIDE OF THEM. WAITRESS WHICH WAS AS SLOW AS MOLASSES NEVER CHECKED ON THE TABLE EVEN ONCE AFTER SERVING US. Not an employee in the entire dining room.Got up and while going to the restroom ( which smelled terrible) I noticed EVERY employee in the kitchen having their own party. Where was the Manager? SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DON'T stop here. The local 7/11 is a step up from this restaurant.
