Auntie Anne's is such a classic go-to snack spot. We always stop by for the original pretzel with salt and a side of cheese dip simple but so good. The staff is always friendly, and it’s in a perfect location to grab a quick snack while shopping. The smell alone draws you in every time!

The store closes at 8. I got there at 7:00. The customer service was horrible. I asked if we could get two buckets and they were already clearing the line. Worst Annie Anne’s ever. Would not go.

I visited here today and the pretzels were great and freshly made. The person working greeted us with a smile and was very nice.

The Annie Pretzel in Williamsburg outlet mall has the worst service the website said they were a open until 9 and I walked in the door at 831 and they said they were closed I said the website said they closed at 9 and they said no we close at 830 I was 1 minute passed and they would not help me and they had a lot of pretzels baked in the display counter I feel they could have sold me what they had I hope they don’t try and sell them tomorrow I wil make sure I let people know the terrible service your store in Williamsburg has

Unfortunately my last pretzel was too buttery and way too much cinnamon. Couldn’t finish it. Got tired of eating it bc of that. However, super friendly young lady cashier and they will help with allergy concern. Thank you.
I didn't go in myself but my family did. The line was out the door but moved quickly. The food was fresh and was really good.
The pretzel bites were good, but could have been fresher.
