Probably one of the nicest dudes i've met tbh. Whoever worked at 1:45 pm today is definitely what you look for when it comes to customer service. Also very cheap place and extremely good. Will go again definitely

been four different times with my friend who sometimes goes in instead of me and they never have what I ask for. they say 20 minutes and don’t make them. I went in after 20 minutes and they said “nobody has asked for them so we haven’t made them”. so did I not ask for them or whattt?? 😭 they were all sitting on their phones not doing anything. had to wait 40 minutes total for pretzels and seemed like 3 teenagers there crazy

my friend and i went to this location 4 times and they kept telling us, “it will take 20 minutes”. come to find out, they never make them. they are always on their phones and never make my pretzels, especially this one blond asian boy. terrible service, would not recommend.

My pretzel had blackish spots on it that tasted burnt. Perhaps a good cleaning of the utensils/oven is needed.

Auntie Anne's is such a classic go-to snack spot. We always stop by for the original pretzel with salt and a side of cheese dip simple but so good. The staff is always friendly, and it’s in a perfect location to grab a quick snack while shopping. The smell alone draws you in every time!

The store closes at 8. I got there at 7:00. The customer service was horrible. I asked if we could get two buckets and they were already clearing the line. Worst Annie Anne’s ever. Would not go.

I visited here today and the pretzels were great and freshly made. The person working greeted us with a smile and was very nice.

The Annie Pretzel in Williamsburg outlet mall has the worst service the website said they were a open until 9 and I walked in the door at 831 and they said they were closed I said the website said they closed at 9 and they said no we close at 830 I was 1 minute passed and they would not help me and they had a lot of pretzels baked in the display counter I feel they could have sold me what they had I hope they don’t try and sell them tomorrow I wil make sure I let people know the terrible service your store in Williamsburg has
