This is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg. Food is so good, with lunch menu you get free appetizer. Decor is beautiful. Very pleasant quiet place to have lunch or dinner.

The service was good except that we were asked if we were ready to order when we were very obviously still discussing what was in each dish. We could have been asked if we had any questions. Also water should have been refilled without having to ask. The food was good. For an appetizer we had fried wontons that were very good. They also brought us each a small salad and a spring roll. These were very good also!! I had Pad-See-Iw. It has thicker noodles and broccoli. I added pork. The pork was a little dry though. I only like a tiny bit of spice to my food. So the best option is ask for the condiment tray. Then mix a TINY bit of chili sauce thoroughly through the entire dish and try before adding more. They helped perfectly. It was very good!!

The food here is horrible. One of my dish tastes worse than instant noodles. The fish sauce in the salad was too salty. It was not mixed correctly.

I'm mostly writing this so I remember not to come back. The food was okay. The spring rolls were very nice and the fried wontons were delicious. The service was basically terrible, despite there only being one other table most of the time we were there. My order was wrong, and since I didn't really expect the server to come back and check on us, I just went ahead and ate it. It was either not panang curry, or it wasn't a very good panang curry. Who can tell? I think it took about 45 minutes to get the check and pay it. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if it had been crowded.

Great food. Not spicy like noodle soup I am used to having at my local Thai restaurants but I enjoyed it!

Below average for Thai. Noodles were greasy, no sauce, no flavor in either the Pad Si Ew or Pad Thai we ordered. The Tom Kha and Tom Yum soups were ok, not nearly as good as they should have been. The spring rolls also tasted more like egg rolls; not a lot of taste or flavor for $66.

I was SO HAPPY when Bangkok Garden came to Williamsburg. I'm a big Thai food fan, and there was only one other option, quite a bit further away. I'm pretty sure I remember this right: this used to be a KFC and the owners converted it into a wonderful Thai restaurant, and it's one of the places I try to get my wife to go to when I get the call on where to eat. It's on Richmond Road, just west of William and Mary. It would be easy to miss, other than the fact that they are two Thai restaurants straddling a Mexican place. The decor is like pretty much any Thai place. But the food is great, and fast, and really reasonable. Nothing fancy. Just really good food.
2025-08-31 Anoung provided excellent service and the food was good. Just about everyone in our group of 15 to 20 people were pleased with their meal. Spring rolls were hot and delicious, salad was good, red curry chicksn was excellent and others enjoyed what they ats. It's been years that I ate here since I don't live in the area.
2017-07-28 a beautiful restaurant as you walk to and through the door and after you enter the restaurant, we pointed where we wanted to sit and we sat there immediately, a server took our order as/when we were ready, the salad was so good, the fried wonton appetizer was very good, chose the wonton soup but didn't really like it, my wife enjoyed the combo shrimp beef chicken and rice, and I loved the panang curry chicken and rice (probably the best tasting panang curry chicken I ever had), server was nice and a very nice place to eat, parking lot was not full when we arrived, a great lunch, dinner and dining experience, I highly recommend it!
2017-10-24 hot and sour soup with chicken, meso soup, salad with spring roll were good, the pork spring rolls were not the best, the service is okay, it would be nice for someone to always be watching the guests/customers instead of in the kitchen
2018-08-22 salad, vegetable spring rolls and red curry chicken were all good, server was nice too
