We utilized this Ben & Jerry’s as a sweet treat for our wedding guests! Scott was great to work with and excellent at communicating! They went above and beyond to make our special day perfect! We cannot recommend them enough for catering! They provided us with plenty of options for both ice cream as well as set up at our venue. Our guests loved the ice cream they provided, and we loved working with Scott and his team!

Chocolate therapy is a chocolate lovers ice cream. It's Ben & Jerry's, of course it's good. Good selection of flavors if you have a preference or want to experience. My only complaint is I feel the price of the largest cup of ice cream doesn't match the size as their largest would probably be considered a medium or small at other ice cream locations.

We stopped by here at 6:30 pm on a Sunday after dinner to grab a small ice cream dessert. The counter service was good, and the ice cream great as always, but an employee was already cleaning the dining room and stacking chairs on tables 30 mins prior to closing (7 pm on Sundays). With his head down and almost pissed-off-looking movements, he didn't seem to notice/care that there were quite a few people who came in after us, and everyone was standing around eating their ice cream with no place to sit. It was very hot and humid outside, so everyone wanted to stay in while they enjoyed the ice cream.
I get it closing is approaching, but in the summer, and right after prime dinner time, you're probably going to get a rush of customers. The tables should all remain available until closing time for paying customers.

Very Clean environment, wonderful workers, had a small cup of the salted caramel blondie, and it was delicious. My server Maddy knew the flavors very well and I was able to find one to my liking! Definitely will visit again 10/10

Oh my god it's always a treat to come to this Ben & Jerry's as I had the pleasure to go to school in Burlington Vermont where Ben and Jerry created their ice cream company being inside the first original ‼️‼️ it's nice to have it here in Virginia however I'm from Richmond I would sure as hell would love to have one back in town.. yum yum
