Kerry Ann was the absolute best bartender ever!!!! She was very attentive and friendly. She made my experience the best!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times..and the beat part is the bartender...she will turn a frown upside down with her crazy awesome personality and she remebers her customers like they r here family...she makes this hotel amazing....

This review is actually for the bar/atmosphere experience. While I didn’t stay at the hotel, I stayed across the street at the Sh*th*le Inn (LaQuinta Inn) and was looking for a bar close and within walking distance. The bartender, Carrie, was SUPER sweet and personable and just all around amazing and was able to bring patrons from all walks of life together for one common cause, ALCOHOL!!! Amazing hostess/waitress/bartender. She makes her bar feel like it is your hometown watering hole. I can’t wait to come back to Busch Gardens and stay here with CARRIE again! 100% This beautiful goddess deserves a raise for how SPECTACULAR she is with customers! 10/10 would recommend when Carrie is working!

We ate here while staying in the hotel - the breakfast buffet and service are 100% worth it. They have a hot breakfast buffet, and it was not the average. The eggs were expertly seasoned (tarragon in hotel scrambled eggs?) and the bacon and sausage were perfect. My teen daughter is sooo picky and gave the potatoes 10/10. Highly recommend.

The hotel is great and the help is awesome. We had dinner and drinks and enjoyed the evening. Kerriann was the best server and made the evening so special

Kerri Ann definitely brings the best vibes and is a very entertaining and enthusiastic bartender! The food looks amazing and taste so great and was fresh! ✅✅✅ Plus, it didn’t take that long and it was an amazing experience.

I am writing a review on the hotel itself, not the bar or restaurant if it is one. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaning services, top notch. One hundred percent great. A special shout to Marian Nina with her smile and "hello" when one comes back to the hotel after a long day of hard work. I am not sure what is going in with Holiday Inn, but sometype of breakfast in the morning would be great. Also, please change your shower, it felt like I needed a long time to get a good shower. Showerhead needs to be updated. Again a shout out to front desk Marian Nina. Thank you for welcoming with a smile every time I came back to the hotel.

We absolutely love Kerriann! She goes above and beyond as a hostess and bartender. She is one of the reasons that we come back to this hotel. She makes you feel right at home!

Friendly and welcoming hotel bar. Great place to stay in Williamsburg. Kerriann was very kind and helpful and we had a really nice meal.

Great drinks. The bartender was great and made her personal martini❤️

1. The Bfast menu needs other selections besides buffet.
2. Need more workers during dinner hours.
3. Would like to have tv guides in the rooms.

Light staffed and overpriced.

Parking: This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn. I was a guest at the hotel and chose to eat elsewhere because of the high breakfast prices. I was surprised to learn that the hotel didn't have complimentary breakfasts for their guests. The IHG group hotels that I stay at usually do.
