1. The Bfast menu needs other selections besides buffet.
2. Need more workers during dinner hours.
3. Would like to have tv guides in the rooms.

Light staffed and overpriced.

Parking: This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn. I was a guest at the hotel and chose to eat elsewhere because of the high breakfast prices. I was surprised to learn that the hotel didn't have complimentary breakfasts for their guests. The IHG group hotels that I stay at usually do.

Don't expect continental breakfast. The service was very bad, she had no idea what is in the menu, forgetting to bring food. The coffee was just water with a coffee smell. Horrible! And we prepaid for this breakfast !!!

Not very happy with the service. Server was slow and seemed confused. Ordered a sandwich without tomatoes. Discussed this in length and still got tomatoes on the sandwich. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Maybe they need to hire more help

Dinner service was soooooo slow! One person was pretty much covering Everything! Wings were good...steak was very salty...good portion size for the sides.

I travel for business a lot and made reservation here. I just got off the road from a 4 hour drive and Iwas very impressed with the look and feel of the whole place. It appeared upscale and very clean. I was happily greeted by Jan at the front desk, who smiled and asked if I ever stayed with at this hotel before. She gave me a quiet suite at the end of the hall and suggested I relax and have dinner at the restaurant there. I did. What a great experience. Andre was bartender, manager, greeter, waiter, etc... He was very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with both the food and service. I really enjoyed this stay and will be back.

Andre was a wonderful server during our three nights’ stay at Williamsburg. So far we have had breakfast here two times. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure to maintain a clean environment. Andre also made small talks with us to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for your service, Andre!
