The 5/35 was excellent for our family. We just love their Caesar salad with the shaved parmesan and dressing. All our pizzas were correct and cooked just right. The ingredients tasted fresh and the crust was pretty good.

Just left with no food after waiting for an hour for my pizza to be made incorrectly 3 times, despite them having the ticket and us reminding them how it was supposed to be made. We were polite and patient even after the inconveniences, but they met us with inconsideration, annoyance and zero apologies.
Also worth mentioning, I left a note when placing my online order via their website, “customer is allergic to mushrooms,” saw it documented on both their ticket and my receipt, but they handled my food with the same tools and gloves as other orders that had mushrooms. When I relayed that to the employees helping us, they had nothing to say, again no apologies. Nothing was offered to attempt to retain our business, and in the end we had to accept defeat and politely request a refund. Being a business owner of a food establishment myself, I understand the importance of cross-contamination and handling food allergy orders with care and was disappointed that our business and needs were not important. Pretty let down by this experience. We live 10 mins away and my husband loves pizza, chances are we would have frequented this restaurant if it had been good food and service.
