The pizza is phenomenal, and I'm from NY and hate all the pizza here in VA except this spot and one other out in the middle of nowhere. With 2 exceptions, the staff here were all kind of flippant. Not rude or anything. They give of the vibe of wanting to get through their shift. The girl that greeted us seemed almost to not even really be there at all. So why 5 stars for the service? Patrick. I think he noticed my wife has some mobility issues, because he brought over or food and some of the shakers then engaged us with a cheerful attitude and I'm not just talking about as a staff member. The man engaged us as if we were friends he hasn't seen in awhile and was amazingly nice and made our visit go from a common place one to something outstanding. Thank you, Patrick! We appreciate you!

The Undercover Boss show should come to this location, see how incredible Patrick is, and then give him his own franchise knowing he would be the best image and probably best performing franchise for the company. He gave the best hospitality, anticipated our needs, and made this Mother’s Day so special. We drove 40min just for Blaze, but we will come back to this location because of Patrick.

Was not greeted when I reached the counter to order. The person just stood there and looked at me. I’d like a hello, welcome to blaze or something. When I was trying to decide what I wanted, since the Red Vine is no longer available, the person was rushing me and informed me he was smart enough to handle the sauce and cheese items at once. Don’t rush me. I don’t care how smart you are. As my family was standing there waiting for our orders, we saw a spider crawling on the ledge where the food is.

Completely inedible, there's $40 in the garbage. We didn't order the spicy pepperoni but we have spicy. We paid extra for Cesar dressing yet the salad is dry. There's so much sauce on the pizza there's more sauce than crust. We asked for utensils because we're staying at a hotel, no utensils.

This is a go to spot for going out with friends or for a date! The pizza is incredible and comes out fast, I love that it’s oven cooked giving it an authentic napoleon taste. They have gluten free options and lots of toppings. The service is always hit or miss, sometimes I’ll get helped by someone super nice and helpful other times it feels like fast food just trying to get your order finished with. But either way I’ve never had a bad experience and the food is consistently good!
