First of all, amazing customer service. Our server took the time to explain the menu, give recommendations, and was extremely friendly and attentive. We got the bibimbap with bulgogi and sesame ginger sauce, soy garlic tenders, and yangnyeom tenders - all were so delicious and the tenders were saucy and crisped to perfection! We also got the red bean bingsu to share for dessert - it was huge and so yummy!!
We love this place!
The fried chicken was some of the crispiest chicken I’ve had.
The kimchi jjigae was phenomenal.
The pistachio tea latte was genuinely one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.
The service was nice and friendly!
The environment was very cool and inducive to a fun time!
Will be back here again!

TLDR: Very poor service, long waits, incorrect orders, no communication, and dismissive staff. My son and I were so uncomfortable that we could not finish our meal and left early.
My son and I were visiting Williamsburg for the weekend and were excited to try Korean food in the area. After reading the positive reviews, we genuinely looked forward to eating here, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We arrived early, hoping to beat the dinner rush. The restaurant was nearly empty, but no one greeted us or directed us. A staff member stood behind the counter looking down and not acknowledging us. There was a kiosk, so I assumed we were supposed to order there. As I was using it, the person behind the counter said something while still looking at the floor. I honestly thought he was on a Bluetooth call. He repeated himself louder, asking if we were dining in or taking out, still without making eye contact. When I said we were dining in, he simply told us to sit anywhere.
We sat down and waited. A few minutes later, another server dropped off menus without a single word and walked away. No greeting and no explanation. He simply placed them on the table and left.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, no one came back to take our order for several minutes. When our server finally arrived, I asked a few questions and ordered wings and bibimbap.
From that moment, it took almost 30 minutes for the first dish to come out. During that entire time, no one checked on us. We had no water and nothing on the table. My son eventually had to get up and ask for water. The server told him he'll bring it, but then it took another five minutes for him to swing by.
When the food arrived, they brought chicken tenders instead of the wings I ordered. At that point we were hungry enough to overlook it, but the tenders were extremely dry and tasted like generic fast-food tenders. Meanwhile, the bibimbap never arrived. Since bibimbap is usually quick to assemble if ingredients are prepared, and because the first item was already wrong, I tried to flag the server down to confirm that it was still coming.
This was the moment that shocked us the most. As I was mid-sentence explaining the situation, the server simply turned around and walked away while I was still talking. No acknowledgment and no offer to check on the order. My son and I were stunned.
A few minutes later, someone who I believe was the owner came out to apologize for mixing up the order, but she disappeared again immediately. She came by one more time to offer kimchi and a side dish, but by then the entire experience had gone so poorly that we did not feel comfortable staying any longer. Neither of us could finish our food, and we decided to leave.
This experience was genuinely disheartening, especially since we were excited to support a Korean restaurant while traveling. Poor communication, long wait times, incorrect orders, and most importantly the dismissive attitude from the staff made the entire visit unpleasant.
I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart, as the service we experienced made it impossible for us to enjoy our meal.

Eight here today for the very first time and I was thoroughly impressed. I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but I’m very glad I chose to eat here. The chicken was perfectly fried. The breading is great and their sauces are amazing. We had the bone in wings with lemon honey sauce and we also had a chicken tenders with a honey garlic sauce, and we shared a beef bulgogi dumplings fried. I will definitely be coming back here to eat, people should definitely give this place a chance it could be your new go to chicken tender spot. I can’t wait to try more.

If you’re craving authentic Asian cuisine in Williamsburg, look no further than 92 Korean Chicken (Bonanza Social Kitchen). It’s a great find in this area, and I’m so glad we stumbled upon it!
From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with such warmth and kindness.
Food was absolutely phenomenal. Wings were next-level: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Each bite was a crunchy and savory. My son ordered the jajangmyeon noodles, and that rich, velvety black bean sauce was pure magic, he practically licked the bowl clean.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is a must-visit. Great vibes, incredible food, and the sweetest people running the place. We’ll definitely be back!

POOR customer service. Unpleasant attitude from management to loyal customers. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!
Horrible customer service. Rude manager/owner

UPDATE (in response to the owner):
Your reply only proves my point. Instead of apologizing for how you treated me, you’ve chosen to make excuses and shift blame.
To be clear:
• I called back once, not multiple times.
• You did not acknowledge that the extra noodles had been done before — you told me none of your staff had ever done that. I told you it was on my receipt.
• I was not demanding extra noodles this time. I only asked if you could make sure my order was balanced between noodles and meat. A simple reassurance would have solved everything.
• Instead, you spoke to me rudely, cut me off with “Do you want to order or not, I have other people waiting” and later yelled “So what if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars? We are not your slave.”
If you didn’t want me to feel disrespected, then you shouldn’t have disrespected me. As a fellow business owner in this city, I know mistakes happen — but the right response is to own it and apologize, not make excuses and attack the customer.
My professional reputation and character speak for themselves. I pride myself on customer satisfaction in my own business, and I would never speak to a client the way you spoke to me.
This situation didn’t have to escalate, but your response shows exactly why I’ll never return.
Initial review:
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant and even referred plenty of people, but after my last experience I’ll never be back. The owner herself was rude and unprofessional.
In the past, I ordered yaki soba and asked for extra noodles. The cashier checked with the kitchen, explained there would be a small upcharge, and I gladly paid it — no problem. This week when I called to order the same, the owner told me “we don’t do that” and even implied I was lying when I said it had been done before. I asked if she could at least make sure the noodles and meat were balanced, and instead of simply reassuring me, she snapped “Do you want to order or not, I have other people waiting,” and hung up on me.
I called back only to tell her how rude she was and that I’d be leaving a review because of how I was treated. She started yelling “So what if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars? We are not your slave,” and hung up again.
She could have easily handled it with kindness, but chose nastiness instead. As a business owner myself, I’m disgusted. Spend your dollars elsewhere, because this ain’t it!
