POOR customer service. Unpleasant attitude from management to loyal customers. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant and even referred plenty of people, but after my last experience I’ll never be back. The owner herself was rude and unprofessional. In the past, I ordered yaki soba and asked for extra noodles. The cashier checked with the kitchen, explained there would be a small upcharge, and I gladly paid it — no problem. This week when I called to order the same, the owner told me ā€œwe don’t do thatā€ and even implied I was lying when I said it had been done before. I asked if she could at least make sure the noodles and meat were balanced, and instead of simply reassuring me, she snapped ā€œDo you want to order or not, I have other people waiting,ā€ and hung up on me. I called back only to tell her how rude she was and that I’d be leaving a review because of how I was treated. She started yelling ā€œSo what if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars? We are not your slave,ā€ and hung up again. She could have easily handled it with kindness, but chose nastiness instead. As a business owner myself, I’m disgusted. Spend your dollars elsewhere, because this ain’t it!

I love ( Love) the bulgogi fried dumplings. It's $8 for 4. I also bought the chicken ones as well but I love the beef bulgogi the best. The menu is big and a little expensive. They were very nice about giving me 2 different sauces on the 10 piece chicken wings. The wings tasted great. The curry ones had goopy sauces on it and the soy ginger was real good. The coating was thick, light and crispy. Very good. I couldn't eat them all and tried to reheat them in the microwave. Not a good idea. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and try something new ( and the dumplings)..lol

I would give this restaurant 10 stars, but Google only allows us 5. The jajangmyun, fried chicken was super crispy, hot with wonderful flavors. The staff was very warm
and informative about the different levels of flavor. One of the best meals I ate in Williamsburg. I will definitely come back here again!

I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service.
The host/server took our order and then disappeared—never came back to check on us. Someone else eventually brought the food, but I still hadn’t even been given a glass of water. I had to get up and find someone just to get that.

We ordered the dumplings and cheese balls to start, and both were completely underwhelming. The chicken wings were actually wingettes, and the ā€œspicy garlicā€ sauce just tasted like generic spicy honey BBQ.

It was a disappointing experience from start to finish. We won’t be returning.

I love this place. I think about it when I'm not here. Seriously amazing chicken, kimchi, bibimbap, and more I'm sure. This place should be packed! Come eat here!!!

Amazing chicken and Bibimbop- highly recommend. Great atmosphere- clean and convenient. I’m here basically at least once a week during lunch and they have yet to disappoint. There’s still a ton more to try on the menu… Staff members are super kind and genuine, and service is fast. The menu can be a little confusing, but they’re awesome at explaining things and quick to answer any questions. Ask for the fresh kimchi as well- it’s perfect! That’s coming from someone that lived in East Asia for a couple years.

This place was a smash hit overall. I went with my family on a Saturday evening. The Korean fried chicken was perfect. The bulgolgi was very good, and the Bangsu was amazing. The servers were so sweet and attentive. The only thing that I couldnt get past was the japchae. I love japchae and have ordered it at many different locations and have made it myself. The noodles here were way overcooked. They were mushy and oversaturated with water instead of having a chewy springing texture. It was really a bummer as I had ordered that for my entire meal. Every other member of our group was extremely happy with their food. Definitely get the bang su it was sooo good.

Bonanza is a great place to stop in for some awesome Korean cuisine.

The curry chicken is awesome, and the seafood soup is flat out indescribably delicious.

Found this place on a day trip to Williamsburg. Got vegetable spring rolls. Wish the spring rolls came with more than 3, but they were delicious and so was the sauce they came with. Also had the ten count of the hot bbq tenders. The sauce was delicious and a little on the spicy side. The chicken was good and you could tell the weren't frozen. The service was kind of awkward in that the person who brought us the food didn't speak just dropped the food and left.
