I was recently in town for a visit, and my husband and I decided to dine at Bonefish. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Mark, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. His hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. Mark is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing and welcoming managers I’ve ever encountered. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the outstanding service. I will definitely be back — and I hope to see Mark again on our next visit!

We were turned away tonight because we didn't have a reservation. Sunday night at 6:30, restaurant was 30% full, and it's early June.
Find another restaurant that will seat you or give you the option to wait. We were seated at a steak place in New Town this same evening.

I decided to wrote this review secondary to a visit and based on a delivery order. Since im here already, I'll rate the in house experience. This basis is on being a long time customer of this location, along with many friends and family(they all share the sentiment). This ised to be our go to place, the food, the service, the drinks, all very consistent and good. My last 3 visits, spaced out about 4 months or so, have been awful. The service standards once brought In upper class, those entertaining, etc..I will not dine here again. The service was stressed but unapologetic. The drinks were unremarkable and the food...the reason we visited, was obviously cooked by an underpaid line cook. Cutting corners should never, ever, be about the food or service, and it's obvious this is where they are pinching. So sad, as this was a destination restaurant for so many years. Williamsburg lacks these and now there is one less.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Bonefish Grill! The Bang Bang Shrimp was absolutely incredible! perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a must-try for anyone visiting. The Margarita was also exceptional—perfectly balanced and refreshing, complementing the meal beautifully.
The standout of the evening was the outstanding service provided by Elvin. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything about our visit was seamless. The food, drinks, and customer service were all top-notch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a great meal. This location is underrated. My steak was excellent. The fish was seasoned to perfection. The apps were a treat! The only caveat is that it belongs to a chain but this location is peak Bonefish. Good food and the service was amazing. Great place for a date night.

Service at this location is usually lacking. Our waitress seemed to try, but forgot drink refills, got drink orders wrong, and mixed up everyone’s bill. And it took forever to be able to pay. I had the grilled salmon, and although cooked well, it had almost no flavor. Other Bonefish locations are much better.
