Overall ok. My Cod was over cooked and my wife's salmon was undercooked. Services, was great.
Free Bang Bang Shrimp for veterans was much appreciated, although email sent out indicated families would get one too. That was not the case. Fish & Chips were okay. Fish was hot and crispy, but coating was greasy. Service was great.
Food came out cold. Scallops, shrimp and rice all cold. Broccoli not very presentable, hard and cold. Service was good. I don't recommend.
The food was not up to its usual standard and the food was brought out way before we had eaten our appetizer and salad. We had told the server we wanted to enjoy them first. When she quickly came back with our meal she said due to there not being many customers they just prepared it and sent it out anyway. The salad was drenched in too much dressing. We had the bourbon glazed salmon and the potatoes were way overdone. This was not the food Bonefish was known for. I won't go back after this experience.
Food not great. The shrimp and scallop scampi with pasta was horrible. Way toooo much garlic. Calamari was tough and over fried.
Very disappointed from the moment we walked in. Dining room was clean but did not smell good. Bang bang shrimp was cold and the sauce was not spread evenly. It was a glob of sauce, and it sat on shredded lettuce that had an institutionalized taste, not fresh. The warm bread and dipping sauce were up to par. No extra plates were brought to our table for the shrimp. I ordered the lunch special, salad and fish tacos. Poor presentation on both. Waiter was not attentive at all. Ice tea was refilled once, water not at all. Not the Bonefish Grill experience I am used to.
Have rediscovered a great restaurant for couples dining. Bonefish used to be our go to for date night and happy hour drinks. This weekend we experienced one of their four course brunch offerings and we were not disappointed. I suggest if you're looking for something different, try the brunch. The restaurant manager was very attentive, describing each offering and paired cocktail as the courses came out. They also held two raffle drawings during our stay. BTW we won and received gift cards. Their next offering is a four course dinner. We've already reserved our seats.
We decided to try Bonefish Grill after reading about someone else's experience at lunch on NextDoor. Bonefish offers a $14.90 special for lunch that includes a beverage, soda or iced tea, a salad or soup and an entree. We went on a Wednesday, hoping that it wouldn't be too crowded. There were already a number of people at noon. Our waiter came promptly with water, took our beverage order, also bringing freshly baked bread with olive oil and seasonings. The bread reminded me of a ciabatta roll. Absolutely delicious. It took a little while for him to take our order but we were OK since we had the bread to snack on. It looked like he had a number of tables to cover. No fault of the server, he was quite good, it just looked like they were a little short staffed. It took a while to get our soup & salad. However, my husband loved the corn and crab chowder. It was a good sized serving and he said there was a lot of crab meat in the soup. My Brussel sprout salad was ENORMOUS. The kitchen thought I was ordering a main lunch entree Brussel sprout salad so our server just delivered it as is and said that we wouldn't be charged extra. I think he felt that we had waited long enough and didn't want me to have to wait for the kitchen to do another smaller salad. The salad was delicious and I hardly made a dent in it. Our main entrees came quickly then, a little too soon so I abandoned the salad and focused on my Bang Bang shrimp tacos. Wow, I know that Bang Bang shrimp is Bonefish Grill's signature appetizer. The two tacos were stuffed full of the Bang Bang shrimp, so much so that I gave at least three shrimp for my husband to try out of my first & only taco that I ate for lunch. He had the fish & chips which was cod and he said that it was very good. So we took home enough salad to have as main courses for dinner with a protein on top. And I had another taco & fries for lunch the next day. We will be back to try other items that are part of the lunch specials.
Very impressed, a member of our party has alpha gal and the attention by Leo paid to the dietary concerns was one of the best I have ever seen. Thank you Sky did a great job
I especially appreciated the manager who came over to talk with us about our menu choices.

I’d love to give an excellent review, the atmosphere was beautiful, the music was not too loud, there were hardly any other guests. We came in and were seated immediately, though the hostess looked around at their nearly completely empty restaurant and asked if a booth would be ok. Maybe I should have taken the hint that we were not guests they wanted to serve since they had a need to look in the first place.
When seated the partner selection sheet we were given was so grease stained and dirty that it was difficult to read. We decided on our meals, waited… and waited… and waited….
After 20 min no one had even thought to bring water or ask us what we would like to drink, much less take our order. So, looking around the empty dinning room, we made the decision to leave.
I know the favorite excuse for bad service is “low staffing,” however that’s unacceptable when there are not other guests. Also, having worked in the restaurant industry, the hostess is usually responsible to make the guests aware of delays, and can usually at least bring drinks or appetizers in a pinch.
Bridgette Jones, managing partner, maybe stick to writing a diary. You certainly haven’t managed staff very well.

They sat us down, but the server never came. We waited for 25 minutes. Terrible service.

Tried the grilled scallops and shrimp with jasmine rice and mango salsa. It was scrumptious!! We've have eaten here several times and the meals are consistently excellent. You might have to wait a while for the meal but is it definitely worth the wait. Our server Vera was excellent too! We will be back!
