I had pork fontina and wife had grilled shrimp and chicken. Both delicious. Wife loved the dipping sauces. Bread with olive oil and garlic dipping outstanding. I could have had just the bread alone. Waiter and other servers very attentive and friendly. Feels upscale. Used to feel they were a little pricey but since pandemic and a lot of restaurants have increased their prices, cost not a bad. I don't believe they went up much on prices. With 20% tip paid about $67.

A word of warning if you choose to eat at Bonefish Grill. Make sure that your entire order comes to your so a table. We were a party of four with many extra sides that were ordered, we finished our meal, paid the bill and walked out the door. Once we were in the car we realized that we were never served our specialty brussell sprouts. We checked our bill and we had been charged for them. A member of our party went back in and requested a refund for the item. The hostess questioned the waitress and the waitress said that she had delivered the item. Since our waitress had another server deliver our food to our table, I find it hard to understand how she could unabashedly call us liars. If management thinks I am going to go to a semi expensive restaurant and try to screw them out of 5 dollars off of my bill......l think they are in the wrong position. I left four times that amount for this person's tip. The money is not the object, but the way that I was treated when I brought this issue to their attention is. Their service is lacking, I had to ask for a refill on my water, and when she finally came back she only filled mine and no one else's at the table.

Leaving now waited for a seat at the bar to have a drink while we waited for a table. Gigi finally came over and gave my husband a drink but wasn't interested in taking my order because she was too busy doing nothing at the other end of the bar. We paid for our 1 beer and left. Disappointed to say the least.

This Bonefish Grill located in Williamsburg, Virginia is great and terrible at the same time. The food is absolutely amazing. Our waitress and management were terrible. The food couldn’t have been any better. But our waitress, we don’t think could have been much worse. And the managers aren’t much better. After we were seated and eating our appetizer we finished our drinks (water). We waited 15 minutes before we received any refills. This is completely unacceptable. During this time we had visits to our table from three different managers. Even though the food was fantastic, we will not be returning to this location due to our waitress and the management. Unfortunately we do NOT recommend this location.Parking: Plenty of free parking available.

Walked in at 1:00pm stood with my wife in the doorway. Two employees saw us but did not acknowledge us. They then retreated to the kitchen. The restaurant had three tables with customers. After waiting for 5 minutes we walked and got a table nextdoor at the very busy First Watch restaurant. I wonder why they were busy and Bonefish was not.

Dylan was our server and he did an amazing job. starting with making sure it was ok to tell us Merry Christmas because that is what he celebrates, to him apologizing for our drinks coming after the table next to us (which he was also serving), making sure our drinks were full, and making sure we had the best experience possible! a true professional.
