We’re visiting from out of town, decided to get some ice cream. The ice cream is very good, we enjoyed it, but the staff seem to be very disorganized and all over the place. Some of them look like they don’t want to be there at all. It’s very small space to walk through, so it’s a little chaotic.

On New Year’s Eve my husband and I went there 20 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked but a worker and all lights were on and some one was in getting ice cream. Another group of 4 tried the door also will not let us in. The website said closes at 9pm. Very disappointed on not staying open.

They had a variety of ice cream including flavors I never heard of. I got a hot Carmel Sunday with oatmeal cream cookie ice cream and chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream. They even put the sprinkles in the middle of the scoops. A bit expensive yes but what isn’t these days. A bit indulgent but hey, I’m on a Me-cation and I’m worth it.

What a diamond in the ruff. It is a small ice cream palor in the back of a Southern General. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had. The people are very friendly and a great place to shop for novelties.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream. Need I say more.

Bubba's is inside the Williamsburg General Store. We wanted to get an ice cream to enjoy on their porch. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and the waffle cone was so stale that I used it as a cup and ate the ice cream with a spoon. Way over priced for quality of food and customer no-service!
Great service! Great ice cream! It’s a definite stop for us every time we’re in Williamsburg.

Went at 10:07 tonight with my 2 kids aged 8 and 11 as clearly states online they close at 11pm. Ran into 3 staff who were closing up who stated that they have new hours and now close at 10pm and admitted to knowing the that their online hours say 11pm. Disappointing to say the least that they wouldn’t stay open so that my kids could pick out what they had seen the night before, would have taken 2 minutes. Not exactly the neighborhood general store attitude they portray.
