Only go here if you have no where else to eat. They were rude, drive through speaker barely works, and we waited 15 min for a burrito and hash brown

Maybe after 17:00 or I don't know why? Placed my order on the Internet but came to the BK and the doors were closed then went to drive true and it took more than 30 minutes after that my order wasn't even ready when I came to the second window I ordered more than 35 minutes ago from the internet. So, as a good Burger King customer this experience was the worst one I ever had. I was trying to cancel the order and go but couldn't do it from the internet (still do not know why even though I'd ordered from the internet ??????) And environmentally no hygiene, no gloves none.

I’m not one to complain, but I always seem to go on the days where everyone is mad or just grumpy. Kind of messed up because I work in the same industry and it’s not hard to be polite to people.

This place needs help with everything in the building. They have no help. Terrible service. Don’t talk to customers. Don’t ask if you need anything. Waited 30 for some simple burgers. I’ll say being beside great wolf, they need to make it a better quality place to eat with a hotel next door. Do better or close down. Terrible place to eat, it will make you mad just standing back and watching the employees walk around and do nothing with people waiting. Terrible Experience!!!

So sad to visit our local Berger King, after a few years of being away. It is the worst Berger King store I’ve ever been in and the staffing is awful.

Two separate occasions I’ve ordered delivery and both times I’ve received calls that the store is either closed or unable to fulfill my order for reasons not specified to the driver.

Whatever is going on with the poorest management of this location needs to go or be replaced with more competent staff. The only BK in Williamsburg and they can’t do ANYTHING right.

Work near by and wveryrime i have been here there is no one helping anyone. People are always just standing at cash registers. I have not ever been treated with respect here. It's just bad attitudes or no service at all.

I ordered online a dine-in order. (Order number: 70, Order time: 7:54 PM EDT Apr 5, 2025). When I arrived to the location, the place was closed for dining-in. The manager refused to give us the order or the refund. They just stole my money.

I feel sad for Burger King. A lost company with good product, but a dead management. It's like an orphan or infant left alone in a street. Nobody to take care of. Well, this location wasn't bad compared to when I had food last time from Burger King. May it was in stone age. I miss 90s Burger King and all 90s American restaurants' food and services.

I placed an order through Uber eats and I got the meat totally burnt, impossible to eat, and the application doesn't let me make a refund, buy here, it's throwing money in the trash. It's not the first time it happens to me.
