Literally the worst BK location I’ve ever been to, the employees will straight up ignore you while you sit at the drive thru speaker. If you do get the chance to order there’s a 100% chance your order will be wrong 🤣

Milkshake machine out of order, which seems typical for this chain. Food was cold with very salty, soggy and limp french fries. Order diet soda and was given regular soda. Pass this place up

Lobby locked and closed, nobody acknowledged drive through
My mom went to this location and had a mobile order to pick up. She told the person at the speaker that she was picking up an order and she said “we don’t have it”. My mom said “I have the confirmation here and I paid for it” and there was no response. She said “hello? Hello?” And no response. So she drove to the window and showed the receipt and asked if she was at the right address. The lady employee walked away and a man came up. He said “we don’t have the order. Get off my property or I will call the cops. This is private property”
AND HE CALLED THE COPS ON HER!!!!! His name is Alexander Pinto and the way he talked to my mom is completely unacceptable!! Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated like garbage.

What’s up with the doors being locked when there’s 10 people behind the counter and no one customers in the front area why come to work if you’re going to be closed all day.

This establishment locked the doors on customers because they were “behind on orders” and started yelling at customers in the establishment for letting outside customers in. This is not how you run a business. They are very rude do not come here
