This is the worst burger king! While ago I went to eat in. The assistant manager lady kiki or something walked away from the counter after I placed my order without saying a word. Little while later my food was ready and the same lady held the bag up and yelled at me from the front of the store and stood there holding it out as if I were a dog coming for my kibble. This is the crazy part... I got my food went to sit back down and started eating with my date. Minute later a family walks in and I hear the lady yelling at me from the front of the store in front of every customer dining in that I didn't pay for my food. Uhhhh not sure how I placed my order and got my food then? I admittedly got a little heated and asked her how that could be and she just shrugged. I then told her well maybe you should put a little more care into your job and continued eating. Then she ran to get the manager and he came marching up to me yelling at me he was gonna call the cops on me for stealing!! He was not calm at all and that didn't help me be calm so we got into a shouting match about how terrible the establishment was and how rude they were for everything he didn't care about the fault of his employees whatsoever and said it was my fault somehow. So I guess this burger king is fine dining where you pay after your meal but also the type where they yell at you and threaten you for their own mistakes. Also if you order ahead on mobile they'll tell you not to do that next time you go there lol!

I have no idea what is happening with this restaurant. It is the only one with a children's play area. I went today, only to find it closed and an employee sleeping at a table. We left under unacceptable circumstances.
The manager there was friendly, and the front service guy was also nice. Don't know why this place is low rated but it can't be because of the two I interacted with on 01/09/26. Thanks for the food.

I went to Burger King last night bout 730. Pulled up to speaker to order and the smell of reaper from a employee bout made me sick. The reason I know it was a employee was door was propped open. Well needless to say I got my order and it was wrong. He was the cook. There were no cheese on sandwiches an my single whopper looked like it was made many hrs earlier. Lettuce an tomato were slimy mess. I scraped it all off an ate it. Was up all night with stomach pain. The guy at window said check an make sure it's right. Well I didn't think he meant to unwrap sandwiches. If you can't work a shift without getting high then you dont need to be working.

I ordered my meal via the app. When i got to the window, I had to wait a good 7½ minutes at the speaker to give them my order number... I shouldn't have to wait for as long as I did. They were not too busy. Although they handle ONE CUSTOMER/CAR at the the window, there were 3 people running food. When I got up to the window, their last customer had already left... Once I pulled up to the window, I immediately received my order, which waiting for me... the service was really slow, and they weren't that busy... on good side, the food was hot & fresh, as well as accurately made!!

Got there 30min before they closed. No one ever came to ask us if we were ready to order. The car in front of us left and we were not sure why. Guess no one helped them either.

Had to put 1 star to post...no option for 0 stars they deserve. Horrible customer service. Didn't even get to place an order. Sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes so I drove to the window and saw a lady getting her meal. So, we drove back around and waited for someone to take our order. Drove back to the window and a man finally looked at me. He came over looking very upset and snapped at me when I asked if I could place an order. He told me no and they were closing. It was 10:03 PM.. I asked what time they normally closed. He said about now and told me he was the owner. Said they were short staffed and he decided closed early. Then he told me I could drive to the next one. I totally understand being short staffed and even having to close early. But, there was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude.
Literally the worst BK location I’ve ever been to, the employees will straight up ignore you while you sit at the drive thru speaker. If you do get the chance to order there’s a 100% chance your order will be wrong 🤣

Was told they were closed so that the entire staff could have a smoke break together. There was a line of cars with no idea what was going on. This has happened frequently. New management needs to be set in place.
