Nice little restaurant in a good location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. all I saw on the menu were double burgers, and I asked if there was any way to get just a single burger. The very friendly gentleman there assured me I could get whatever I wanted. And the burger was very good as were the fries. I was really hoping for some unsweet iced tea though, and the only way they had it was in a bottle. They were having issues with their Coke machine, so had a limited selection of drinks.

Our family loves Burger Fi. But this location is awful!!!! None on the soda machines were working. The self check machine wasn't working. The floors were sticky and the bathrooms were a mess. Not going to this location again!!! To add, they wouldn't take military discounts which most of their other locations provide. Placed needs new management, ownership, and a good leaning!!!

Service is terrible, they never have enough people working. I remember er the burgers being good before but tonight they were overcooked, small, and awful. The shake machine is broken which it's broken every time I come in here. They gave my husband a cheese burger when he ordered a hamburger and when they remade it was raw. The soda machine was broken but no one told us that when we ordered.

Love burgerfi when I travel to the east coast but this was the most disgusting location I've ever been to. Floor was sticky, both drink machines broken, napkin holders empty, ketchup machine had weird goop sticking out. Over all dirty place. Not the Burgerfi experience I'm used

I was excited to try this place because I had heard their fries were really good. We stood there for a few minutes looking the menu over and no one came to check on us. Then we waited at least another 5 minutes with no one coming to the front. They had a self-service kiosk but we had questions we wanted to ask a person. They had no bell to get their attention and were obviously not paying attention to the front end at 5 pm. We won't be back to try them.

This place was highly recommended by my family. We showed up at 5pm and no one was behind the counter to answer a simple question. There was just a kiosk to place orders. I cannot speak of the food quality. We waited 5 minutes and no one came out, so we left. I have young children, we cannot wait for slow service. Other customers left behind us!

1 person working. Floors had puddles of water on them. Condiment station was not working correctly. The soda machine was mostly out of the drink syrup on every drink we tried. The burgers were ok. Fries were limp. Burger Fi received high praise on Consumer Reports. They didn't check this store. The manager/franchisee needs to be in there working.

The first thing we noticed was how incredibly sticky the floor was. We ordered two burgers, a drink and an order of fries. There were two other guests that ordered after us. It took 25 minutes to receive our order. They were out of most of their soda flavors. No ketchup or sauces out anymore. When we got to the car we noticed the fries were underdone and didn't even taste like fries. The burgers were so dry they were inedible. This is not the same place it was when it first opened. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and money, but at least now I know not to go back.
