Carrabba's Italian Grill

Came in for the first time traveling visiting colonial Williamsburg, Priscilla was our waitress and provided amazing service. Her personality and attitude are top tier and while she was unable to help on things to do around the area as she wasn’t from it she was able to find another waitress who was able to give us some things to add to our bucket list. Our food was hot and fresh. Small wait time but we were entertained She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and I want her to be recognized by her superiors as well as to whoever reads this. Ask for her!!!

Recommended dishes: Chicken Marsala, Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup

Great service always. But tonight was the anniversary and man did they do a great job. We enjoyed everything as we always do but tonight felt just that much special. Big thanks to Mike the front manager/kitchen manager. Service was amazing drinks were made perfectly. Just a great night. Reason why this is my wife's favorite restaurant.

The mahi wulfe was a little disappointing. It was not lightly breaded and the sauce was more of a cream sauce opposed to lemon basil. The taste was bland and I did not like the taste of roasted tomatoes with the cream sauce on fish. Nonetheless, Carrabba's is still a good to Italian location that I enjoy.

Exceptional customer service from the managerial staff at Carrabba‘s. I had to place a large group order at the last minute to provide lunch for a local business. Unfortunately, due to prior engagements, I could no longer pick it up in order to be on time to the event. I called the restaurant. Even thoughthey did not have a driver on staff, the store manager at the time… Mike… sprung the action to help me. He realized that I was in a bind and took care of responsibilities around the restaurant so that Heidi could leave and bring the $270 order to me directly. I appreciate so much the fact that they cared about the customer. I will definitely be booking more events here in the future. Thank you, Heidi and Mike. You’re the best.

This is an exceptional restuarant. The food was delicious! I especially appreciated the little loaf of bread, served with seasoned olive oil, to dip. Great starter! Our server was amazing, fast and going a step beyond.

Not a great dining experience. I feel I was profiled based on race and single mom. I took my child to the bathroom and left our phone, ipad, wallet, keys on the table. The waitress came in the bathroom saying they thought we left basically dined and dash but she saw the ipad on the table.....???? I do not recommend and the food was not the best. Kept having to ask for things like boxes bag etc. I did not speak to a manager but felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. The bathroom thing just confirmed it! Lowest tip I ever left and it should have been $0.

Our waitress, Pricilla, was super friendly and quick. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Sadly they don’t serve the spicy chicken soup anymore which is my favorite.

Service was really bad the food was not as it said it was. The table side guacamoley was over powered by the lime. We came from winchester va. And the staff member did not believe me.

For was fantastic. Espresso was very fresh. The filet is a must try. But the service was the best of all! The manager Michael was very nice and came around to check on us. Christina was our server and not only was just very sweet and helpful but very cheerful. You could tell the people here love their job! We found a new favorite spot!
