I usually love Cava but this particular instance was not the best. I was out of town on personal business and had been craving Cava for a while and was happy to see there was one near my hotel. I was disappointed when I mixed my bowl together there was a pool of grease/oil from thr braised lamb sitting at the bottom. It was even more disappointing when said bowl and lamb gave me acid reflux which was a first with Cava. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was good as well....
Brayan and Michelle were so great ! Michelle was very welcoming and sweet. While Brayan was very helpful and kind. Overall helping us have a great experience! I Always love coming here with my daughter. One of my favorite spots in Williamsburg especially if you’re looking for plantbased options!
The food is great. Don’t mobile Order and expect it to be ready on time. This isn’t a well oiled machine. I have mobiles ordered twice and waited 20 mins the first time and 30 minutes this last time. They will serve every person in store before they make your mobile
