I usually love Cava but this particular instance was not the best. I was out of town on personal business and had been craving Cava for a while and was happy to see there was one near my hotel. I was disappointed when I mixed my bowl together there was a pool of grease/oil from thr braised lamb sitting at the bottom. It was even more disappointing when said bowl and lamb gave me acid reflux which was a first with Cava. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was good as well....
