3.7 stars would be a more fair/accurate review. This place started out great with both wonderful healthy options and good customer service. However, the last several times I went (over a few months) in for a pick-up order it has been pretty disappointing. It's generally not ready by the estimated pick-up time, which is understandable when it's busy. However, that's not always the case. A couple of times I wasn't acknowledged for a while even standing there...
We love the bowls! The ingredients seem fresh and the pita chips are a hit. The atmosphere looks nice. I'm a regular at lunch, and the tables, floors. And chairs are always sticky.
Let me start with, I love Cava’s food. However, my experience at this location wasn’t the best. I placed an order at 2:40pm and drove about 25ish minutes to get there. I’m thinking my food would be ready for pickup….wrong. I get there and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. It would’ve been quicker for me to order my food in store. No sorry for the wait or no since you waited so long let me throw in a drink. I would’ve been alright if they said, “sorry...
