Pizza makers should wear gloves and aprons. Making pizza with no gloves, caps or face hair mask and then hop in the car to deliver is gross.

Form your own opinion. I ordered an Italian Sub and the menu stated that it had mayo, oil, vinegar and spices. None of these were on the sandwich. It was dry as other customers had experienced as well and they noted in their reviews. I Did not bother to call because the reviews that I read said when they tried to speak to management that they didn’t care and didn’t try to fix it. I believed them because when I ordered, they had an attitude as noted by other customers in their review. The sandwich was good but dry. The oven baked fries did not taste all that good and were a disappointment. The restaurant received one very good rating and after considering what was written about the restaurant to include the exact name of the managers and owners and detailed tipping instructions, it is my FIRM BELIEF that it was written by the owner and/or manager of the store. I ordered here because it was the only place open. If you have another choice, I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all cost. There’s so many better pizza places in Williamsburg, don’t even waste your time. We decided to give them a try even after reading some not so good reviews, and had to learn the hard way. The wings looked like my 2 year had made them and squirted sauce on them, but that was a deal breaker. My husband and other family members all got steak and cheese subs, they all requested mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato on them, after delivery we noticed the subs were complete dry. No sauce. I called back to ask if the condiments could be delivered since they were forgotten, the “manager” as he told me he was when I asked to speak to one after his disrespect, was more than rude to me and stated “those are request, I’m going to be straight up with you, we don’t have to honor those!” I said what? You guys don’t take pride in your business and customize satisfaction? To my surprise, he said “are you done yet?” And hung up on me. It was an absolute horrible experience and a waste of $70.

Just an FYI, you can't eat inside and there are no bathrooms. This has no bearing on my rating. The people inside could not care any less if you eat there or not. Don't ask questions unless you enjoy rude, sarcastic responses.
The food. Cheesesteak is ok. The cheesy meatball sub is missing the cheese, has a couple meatballs cut in half and very little sauce. Disappointing. There are too many places around here to eat. Don't make the mistake we did.

I called to order gluten free for an allergy and he just acted like I was stupid about getting other gluten products in the pizza. I asked what their normal size pizza was and he rudely answered I don’t even know what you mean by that. All around just a lot of attitude for no reason. I’d love to try the pizza but first impressions make me think this place is gross

Ordered online for pickup and they couldn't find my order despite me giving them a confirmation # and name, the guy on the phone was a complete jerk, I will never eat ar any of their restaurants again.
Arrived to Williamsburg late tonight and hungry. Not a lot of places were opened so I ran up to Chanellos that was opened late. I thank another reviewer who recommended the Norfolk sub because it was delicious! Turkey with steak like from a Philly cheesesteak with lots of toppings. Also got hot wings and an Italian sub that were good. Fast service - great place for something late at night!

Called this place to order wings for lunch. My job is in the same parking lot so the location is convenient. My coworkers come here often to order their lunches on a regular basis because of the 30% discount we get for working in the same parking lot. As I went here to pick my wings up and let him know I work at the hotel in the same parking lot, he told me that I am not allowed a discount and that discounts are only for delivery to hotels. I explained to him the manager at my job and other coworkers has been getting the discount since 2015. I believe my meal was not discounted because of my skin color. I asked Tim (counter guy) to speak with a manger or general manager and he said he has both titles. I asked him for a higher up and he did not give me any information and decided to have an attitude instead.

Horrendous customer service while ordering over the phone
Been ordering from this location for over a year now with no issues. Placed an online order today and the two pizzas arrived ahead of schedule, but one pizza was the wrong kind. I called and they delivered the correct one in less than 30 mins. Things happen, thanks for the quick recovery!!
