Food was amazing. Staff very pleasant. Store it's self as cosmetic wise made me want to run when I walked in. Not very appealing.

On our vacation we went twice. First time was good as far as the food. The manager there needs to find another career, One that doesn’t involve customers. He seem too dirty to be preparing food. The building could have been a lot cleaner.
Our seconds visit we called it in so it would be ready when we got there. (IT WAS NOT)

After ordering over $50 in pizza, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of fries & cinnamon knots. me over 50yrs old & taking a fluid pill they wouldn’t allow me to use their restroom. I was livid!! God must have stepped in because when my daughter in law opened her meal, it looked NOTHING like what we had gotten prior.

No frills or tables, don't need em. The pizza was fantastic and ready faster than we could smoke a cigarette outside.

I had delivery, so I don’t know about the atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and was delivered quickly even though it was late afternoon/suppertime.

We are visiting from out of town and staying at the Greensprings Hilton Vacation Club. Since we’re unfamiliar with the area and it was the 4th of July, we called guest services to ask for a local pizza recommendation. We were simply given a phone number, no menu, just a number. My husband repeated it aloud several times before dialing, and when he called, the experience was surprisingly unpleasant.

The person who answered the phone treated my husband as if he were a huge inconvenience for asking basic questions. He was rude and condescending during the entire conversation. When my husband asked what style of pizza they offered, the tone of the response made it clear the question was seen as ridiculous. My husband had to explain that we were visiting and unfamiliar with the restaurant or the area.

We understand that holidays can be busy, but basic courtesy should never be optional, especially for guests trying to support local businesses.

The pizza is good though! The delivery driver (had glasses and a beard) was very nice and respectful!

First time trying this place, and it did not disappoint! We got a large pizza and a pound of wings. The pizza tasted great with fresh tasting toppings and a delicious soft crust. The wings were pretty good too, their special sauce is similar to a horseradish style ranch and tastes amazing. Only thing is that parking is difficult to find especially considering that they share a lot with the fairfield and the cookie place next door so we had to park in front of the resteraunt. This place is amazing especially for late night and the prices are very reasonable. 10/10 will definitely be here next time im in Williamsburg.

Beware. If you're looking for a nice hand tossed pizza. You will not find it here. The pizzas are frozen. And ran through a conveyor. The pizza was not the worst I've ever tasted. But to me it's a step up from 7-Eleven pizza. I am from upstate New York. I miss the New York style pizzas. I've been in one knows where I could find one in the area let me know thanks.

I really wanted to give this place a chance—I had heard their pizza was good. I called ahead and was told it would be ready in 15–20 minutes. We showed up about 25–30 minutes later, thinking it would be ready or close.

Unfortunately, we were told there was a large order ahead of ours and that it would be another 30 minutes for our two pizzas. That was frustrating, especially since we planned ahead and gave them more than enough time.
