Food was great, ordered carry out at 11:15pm and got our pizza at 11:45. lots of people ordering at this hour and only 2 people on the inside. Pizza was so fire as well as the sandwhich keep it up

Genuinely the rudest interactions I’ve had in my life. Conversation on the phone was insulting and short. Delivery rider was also extremely rude and was making harsh comments under his breath. Never ordering from here again.

I'm genuinely disappointed in my experience with this Chanello's location. I ordered a pizza through their website. I forgot to add drinks to the order so I called the store immediately after placing the order to ask if I can add drinks to the order and the manager of the store who I believe is named Ken told me that I couldn't and that I could place another order where I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. It was the most ridiculous thing I've heard from a business in my entire life. The driver obviously hasn't left the store at that point because the order was just placed when I made the call but I was completely ignored so I am baffled at how a simple order of a few drinks couldn't be thrown in with the pizza. Instead, I was told if I wanted the drinks then I would have to pay an additional delivery fee despite it going to the same address. It was my son's birthday. There are many other small business pizza chains around the area who wouldn't treat their regular customers like they did here. Chanello's never used to be run like this. I've spent a lot of money at Chanello's for a lot of years and before this lousy experience I have only positive things to say. It was my conversation with Ken and the lack of common decency that has pushed me away.

Order a thin crust traditional got a flavorless medium crust with very thick edges. Also ordered a small Caeser salad with Caesar dressing - came with Balsamic dressing, a small bag with 10 tiny croutons and 2 cucumber slices . Wasn't expecting the best in the world but hoped for something someone took some pride in
Cheap food, not the worst tasting you’ll ever have but it likely was the reason the three of us who ate the pizza got sick the next morning. The place is run down and dirty, the employees aren’t very clean looking either. Has a dinning room but take out only and they are insanely possessive of the restroom that is in what used to be the dinning room. They quite literally said they would rather not serve us than allow us to use the restroom. I suspect it’s because they don’t clean it like the rest of the establishment.
