They keep the line moving quickly. Normally I would get the Chick-fil-A sandwich but on this occasion I ordered chicken tenders and they weren't all that good.

I absolutely can not stand being 3 or 4 cars back and being brought my order then being stuck in line forever while my food gets cold it's so annoying. p Please just keep it till I'm up front so I don't feel caged in and ready to go. Why give people that are in a hurry their order but make them wait while the cars in front end up with fresher hot food and mine has to sit getting soggy because you aren't serving it in the order it is received

I feel crazy saying this, but I felt like I was in an alternate universe where everyone is happy and all the cares of the world are gone. I know Chik Fil A prides themselves on customer service, but this was a whole other level. Genuinely thankful for the food and mostly for the community overall experience. I will definitely be a return customer. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!

Very surprised you changed your Veteran service special to the day before Veterans day. My husband was looking forward until he was disappointed that he had missed it. What genius at Chic-fila thought that was a good thank-you to Veterans? No love here.
