I feel crazy saying this, but I felt like I was in an alternate universe where everyone is happy and all the cares of the world are gone. I know Chik Fil A prides themselves on customer service, but this was a whole other level. Genuinely thankful for the food and mostly for the community overall experience. I will definitely be a return customer. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!

Overall my experience at approximately 12 different locations over the years has been 95 percent positive. Lately I've been noticing a trend at a couple of locations. Why are they not keeping more than one register open at a time? There's no good reason to walk in to see eight people standing behind the counter but there's only one cashier taking orders. There are a few staff members who offer great service and hospitality but the majority of them won't acknowledge...

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A always has the best food service and the food always come out fast, hot, and fresh with a smile on the ppl faces who work there... The ppl who works there always make sure the speak to the customer and keep a smile on their face and they r always so sweet and nice.
