I go through the drive thru on the way to work sometimes. I can't always remember what's on the menu board . You have a fairly new crew not as experienced as the older crew. It would be super helpful if they could turn the menu board in the drive thru so I can see what's on the menu

Mi had one person ahead of me and waiting 15 minutes to order: 1 cashier was open and about 5 employees plus 2 managers could be seen. Not one person said hi, sorry for your wait, or one second…no communication. Worst experience I have had with customer service.

The Mobile Thru is always slower than regular drive thru. Today they brought our small order out and continued to bring orders out behind us in mobile thru while regular drive thru continued thru the line. Finally 10 minutes later ,2 small bags were brought to the 2 cars in front of us. If mobile thru orders are taken in the same order as drive thru,why bother.
This is this is the best Chick-fil-A in town. Good customer service.

I normally love Chick-fil-A, and have always had good experiences at this one until today. Not sure how my order got missed, but I waited at the drive through while the two cars behind me, and three cars in the other lane got their food, plus two mobile pick ups; and still had to park in a spot and wait another couple minutes. The order was just two spicy deluxe meals with cokes.
