This was a whole different chick-fil-A experience as the restaurant is hidden in an historic building on the fringe of the College of William & Mary. Best part of all though were the people working there. They're experts at empathizing and communicating with college aged students. The place has an entirely different vibe and I felt like I was in a strong community of people who know and care about one another. Oh and the chikn ? was delicious too

This Chick-fil-A is way different than anyone I've ever been to. It has Pepsi instead of Coke it's also right on a college campus. Overall it was a good experience and they served me well.

Not really sure why they have a register when they don’t want to use it. I waited in line at the register because the lines for the kiosks were very long and when I got to the front I was asked if I was paying cash or card. When I said card she said oh use the kiosk and I asked her if I had to because there were still lines to the kiosks and I had just waited in line for the register where she had helped the people in front of me. She said “well you don’t have to” and then walked away implying that I’d have to if I expected to get food. So I walked out and went to Wawa up the street. I don’t expect much service because it’s fast food, but I thought having someone be able to take my order and my money wouldn’t be too much to expect.

Came here today for some dinner takeout. They were busy and the screen said between a 7-10 minute wait. I ordered at the counter and the lady was very helpful and kind. I got a chicken sandwich, chocolate shake and nuggets. About 3 minutes after ordering I got my shake which is normal. Then I waited another 17 minutes, yes 20 minutes total to get my food. By the time I got my food my shake was already almost completely gone. When I got it in the first place it was already not very thick so by the time I got my food, 17 minutes later it of course was melted chocolate milk. I took the food home and it was good, bacon was crispy, nuggets weren’t very crispy but overall was alright. I asked for extra sauce for everything and didn’t get it which is fine but annoying. Overall the biggest issue is waiting 20 minutes for fast food. The screen said an average wait time for 7-10 minutes the whole time I was waiting. Overall not worth the wait in my opinion and I should’ve made something at home. But again the workers are still very nice and do a great job there.

This chick fil a experience was definitely unique. It is located on/near the campus of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. It seems to always have a line (perhaps students can redeem meal plans here?) We stopped on our way out of town around dinner time and there were upwards to 25 people inside waiting. The line moved quickly and efficiently as if they were used to the crowd. The workers were friendly. The menu is slightly limited and the prices are higher, as most campus fast food chains are and the food was “mid” but it did what it needed to do lol Overall we were pleased.Parking: There aren’t many spaces out front but most of the patrons were walking so they were all open!

Service was perfect as usual, but something is going on with the nuggets. They are usually one of my top two favorite things , but the last two times I got them they taste like rubber. It's almost like the meat is not real chicken like it used to be. Very disappointing, and may have definitely increased prices. I may have to find somewhere else to go soon because if the chicken sandwich starts tasting like that I won't be going to Chick-fil-A as much as I used to.

I would like to thank and commend Rasheeda** for helping me out a few minutes ago… my mother-in-law needed something to drink and she went above and beyond to help me when the place was slammed.

I was just bragging on how it doesn't ever take long and this was the day they took their time. And there wasn't a lot of cars in the lot either. But the food was good. Just a little slow this day.

This is not a Chick-fil-A franchise restaurant, but a campus food vendor with the Chick-fil-A name that cannot accept mobile app orders, rewards, or coupons.

Great location and employees here work hard and are super nice and professional. Wish more fast food restaurants had employees like them. There's a nice amount of tables inside and outside here and parking behind the building is free in addition to free street parking.
