The Williamsburg location is hit or miss. Today was the last time I go though. Our order took over an hour to get. Then my wife's meal had been sitting for sometime. My meal finally arrived another 15 minutes later. What a joke. The shrimp were burnt and had to wait another 15 minutes for those to be cooked again. Almost 2 hours for lunch is a little ridiculous.

Stick to the basic bar foods they offer they are really good, I tried the sirloin and the fajitas and all the meats were rubber, inedible. They were very kind and accommodating, switched it for the chicken crisper which were great. The Nashville hot mozzarella pulls are fantastic!!

Had a slight accident when the food was brought out, but the staff was great and several helped clean up the ranch dressing that went all over one in our group. They refunded the meal for that person to try to make up for the accident. The food was exactly what we expect from Chili's. Everyone enjoyed it.

Terrible service. Pushed tables to together and sat 2 parties on top of us. Told us to move our baby and highchair (there was nowhere to move it to). Put our appetizer on someone else’s table who hadn’t even ordered drinks. Our waiter watched it happen, continued to take the parties order and then tried to give us that food stating “no one touched it.” Did not check in to see if we needed drink refills or refill on our bottomless chips. Basically wrote us off the minute the other party came in and acted as if we were the inconvenience.

Been to this location numerous times when visiting Williamsburg. The food is always delicious and served hot. The atmosphere is always pleasant. If there ever was an issue, it was always resolved in a positive way. Yesterday, (11/29/25), we had the most pleasant and exceptional experience ever in dining. We had a waitress named Annalise. She was totally professional, friendly, efficient, and never once did I have to think twice before she took care of us at our table before asking. That is true service! In the past, I have always given an appropriate tip but as time has moved on, I totally believe that the tip should reflect the service of the server. Some servers sometimes think they are owed it automatically and some owners believe that the customers should make up the wage for their part. I no longer feel that way and I am totally convinced after having received such exceptional service yesterday with Annalise that the tip should reflect their service. I had no problem giving her an exceptional time and in fact I increased it for her service. Hopefully, others will follow through on their tipping so poor service is not rewarded but exceptional service is rewarded. Chili's should be proud to have such a server on their staff. Thanks!

There was a bug in one of our drinks. It took forever for them to make a second and they didn’t take it off your bill and the manager did not come over at all. Our server made some weird bet with the manager on whether or not we could complain and ARGUED with us on whether or not it was a bug. It had wings. Used to come here a lot, never coming back. Disgusting behavior.
Had a delightful lunch with my daughter today! 👧 The service was exceptional; our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. She ensured our meals arrived promptly, which we truly appreciated. The food itself was remarkably good, especially considering the excellent value for the price. It's always a treat to find such a satisfying dining experience without breaking the bank. After years of Chili's To Go orders, first delivery order from this Chili's was delivered after 1 lengthy stop in an open unsealed bag. End of half rack ripped off, Smokehouse combo with smoked sausages sliced up, less than 2 rope sausages ordered. NO Tamper Proof packaging.
