I've only eaten here a handful of times..always take out. I have yet to have anything I didnt like. The food has always been prepared quick, everything is correct with my order, it's hot and fresh. Not all Chinese dishes taste the same from different places due every restaurant using different recipes and usually has different variations of sauce. I have had the sesame chicken , chicken and broccoli and shrimp and broccoli and all have been delish!! I preferred them all over the flavor and cost of the other popular Chinese place over on Richmond rdn

China Star is convenient so we get take-out when we want Chinese. I like the food! No issues for me with the service, either. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is exactly what I expect from an Americanized Chinese menu. It is well prepared and quality of the ingredients is good. China Star fits the bill for Chinese take-out.

The owners cooked for us on their day off for a baby shower we were having so the food was fresh. It is the ONLY chinese restaurant I will eat at here. Love them!
We had the crab rangoon, General Tso’s chicken, and honey chicken.
Ordering was easy and quick, they let us sub vegetable fried rice instead of pork fried rice for our combo platter, great prices, food was ready quickly, and really great portions.
There are small, clean booths where you can sit to eat. Service was great.
We preferred the General Tso’s and the crab rangoon was well seasoned. We would eat here again if we were in the area
