We walked in at 9:30 on a Saturday night 1/3/26. Every single one of them workers (except for one…we will tell that story in a minute) was hot that we walked in. They had one door blocked with a chair like it closing time. Mind you they close at 10:30.😂 First words uttered…”we don’t got no white rice.” Ok…not a big deal. Man when I say they didn’t speak a word after that they didn’t. Just slamming food into the bowl. I want just a little bit of this. They grab a whole spoonful and just slam the food in there. I get it you don’t want to be there. So just quit and find another job or better yet an actually career.
Now the one guy who wasn’t mad. This cat was just sleeping at one of the tables. 😂 Absolutely had no idea what was going on.
They had two more cars pull up and enter the store…I felt bad for them.
To the owner…let it go because your employees don’t give a damn at all. Every single one of them should be fired. You are in the customer service business and not meeting the minimum standards of customer service by means.

Absolutely filthy when I walked in. The workers were not only rude but speaking fowl language me and my family immediately walked out I highly recommend the manager of this establishment make a change worse chipotle I have ever been to.

I love chipotle but this is the worst chipotle. It is unfortunately the only one in Williamsburg. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. The lines are always long. I went today and the cashier literally kept leaving his spot as a cashier which increased the wait time. The drink machine was empty and the counters and tables were dirty. I am not sure if it is lack of training, or staff. If anyone in management is reading this please revamp how you operate.

Walked in to over flowing garbage bins. Serving counter could have used some cleaning. Vegetable mix had turned to liquid form. As bag of 4 items was being handed to us, the bottom of fell apart.

I never been to this chipotle, but telling from the other reviews that were already published. It’s not surprising, I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and I didn’t even get half the ingredients that were supposed to be in my bowel. I payed extra for queso and didn’t even get that. Plus it had 5 blocks of cheese that was not shredded at all. I don’t write reviews EVER.. this is how frustrating it was. DO NOT go to this chipotle.
