This was my first time dining here. The Pho was served with a lot of meat that was tender and lean. However, I didn’t feel the customer service was good. It did not feel welcoming or supportive.

Ordered delivery. Did not give me any utensils. How am I supposed to eat pho in a hotel room with no utensils?? 15.5 bucks for four wontons. You can just rob but you give me four wontons. Good job.

Usually service is good when the Vietnamese staff are waiting on tables, but the last time we went we had a white server who was unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Gave us a lot of attitude for no reason, yelled at us, and mocked us for asking for another pair of chopsticks to use.

Very good experience. Our first time and the food was delicious and the service fast and friendly. The price was very reasonable. We'll be back 😁

I've been eating Vietnamese food for 30 some years in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg and Richmond VA.
We recently discovered Chopsticks.
The food, no matter what I order is consistently delicious.
I recommend them.
Our meal cost around $40.00 for 2 people; not bad for prople who eat out almost every day.

Refused to deliver our order via door dash. Refused to refund money paid thru door dash. No one there can speak intelligently to answer questions. But very quick to hang up.

9/19/25 at 6pm take out order. It's our first time to order here as the other Vietnamese pho in Williamsburg was temporary close. We order mostly what we order at Vietnamese pho, it's not the same as we expect as the other Vietnamese restaurant prepared and present the food. It was fine until a long strand of hair light colored stuck in my mouth while munching the noodles and meat,. Lost my appetite to finish the whole bowl of soup, my daughter didn't be able to finish hers as well as she lost her appetite. So far the other order we have such the spring roll was good with the peanut sauce. Husband was satisfied with the Vietnamese sandwich 8/10 . The egg roll 2/10, the spring roll 6/10, the two order of Vietnamese soup 4/10 ( due to the long hair strand that tangled with the noodles, and meat in my mouth) 😢. The rice with grilled chicken 4/10 ,not enough chicken but lots of rice. I don't think we will consider the restaurant for Vietnamese pho food.but thank you anyways for the meal..

The pho here is bland. In fact, it's probably most bland pho I've ever had. Also the service wasn't very good. Had to flag down a server to order, didn't get any refills on drink, and the bill never came, so I went up to the front register to pay. There is some nice pho on the peninsula but this place isn't it.

Quality food and quality fast service with unbeatable value! Wide variety of menu options but all the food I've had has been well-executed. Recommend the pho and banh mi. Great for vegetarians too!

We ordered pho to go and received raw meat in our containers, mixed in with all the other pho mix-ins. It was disgusting and I don’t know how that is not a health code violation.

Ordered 2 orders of spring rolls, only received 1. Ordered pho… worst pho I ever had. When I called to explain and coordinate getting my second order of spring rolls they hung up on me. I have been here many times in the past and the quality of food and service this time was extremely disappointing!

The poor reviews tell me how many people never have had authentic Vietnamese food or take away (doesn't shock me, Williamsburg would think boiled chicken is spicy). This is the most authentic experience you'll find locally and the owners are so nice. They are really good at customizations (I have a peanut allergy, I ordered a V-bowl which has peanuts, they misheard my order over the phone and they completely remade it for me when I noticed <3). My family loves it here, been going for years, and it's a go to takeout spot for my grandma and I <3

I was pleasantly surprised the quality and flavor of the food. This place deserves 5 stars for their pho. We will be back for sure.

For Vietnamese like me, they really disappointed me, they ruined the bun bo by using bun tuoi noodle, and their bun bo also taste the same like pho, broken rice also not taste good.
First time before we come to the store, we knew that it close to closing time so we call to check if it still possible if we arrive there at 9 and they still open? They said yes, but when we drove there the store already shut down, no one there, supper disappointed.
