Ordered 2 orders of spring rolls, only received 1. Ordered pho… worst pho I ever had. When I called to explain and coordinate getting my second order of spring rolls they hung up on me. I have been here many times in the past and the quality of food and service this time was extremely disappointing!

The poor reviews tell me how many people never have had authentic Vietnamese food or take away (doesn't shock me, Williamsburg would think boiled chicken is spicy). This is the most authentic experience you'll find locally and the owners are so nice. They are really good at customizations (I have a peanut allergy, I ordered a V-bowl which has peanuts, they misheard my order over the phone and they completely remade it for me when I noticed <3). My family loves it here, been going for years, and it's a go to takeout spot for my grandma and I <3

I was pleasantly surprised the quality and flavor of the food. This place deserves 5 stars for their pho. We will be back for sure.

For Vietnamese like me, they really disappointed me, they ruined the bun bo by using bun tuoi noodle, and their bun bo also taste the same like pho, broken rice also not taste good.
First time before we come to the store, we knew that it close to closing time so we call to check if it still possible if we arrive there at 9 and they still open? They said yes, but when we drove there the store already shut down, no one there, supper disappointed.

Ordered pho to go and well if your in a hotel you need a pot because once you add it all together it won’t fit in the container they give you. The vermicelli bowls are pretty good but for to go you must know what to do and how to mix it. The eggroll was tasting old and nasty. Service was great and place was half empty. I called ahead of time and food was ready 15 min later.

I ordered pho togo, and I take the blame for assuming they would give me at least a bowl for the pho. The broth came in a plastic cup but not big enough to add the ingredients all together. Also, I got meatballs with it, and I got equivalent to 1 meatball cut into 3 pieces. Not even a big meatball.

The guy way more food than what we ordered and before we even touched them we told corrected how many of each bowls we wanted, he took the extras back and then after leaving the restaurant we noticed he charged us for his mistake....

Food was really good, will come back.
Excellent food, friendly and quick service!! I would return!
Chicken is good. A ton of rice if you like that. Veggies uninspiring. Good fish sauce. Just not feeling this is worth $16 plus a tip.

Kindest people ever and most delicious food!
This is the best Vietnamese food in Williamsburg! Thank you chopsticks!!!
Very quick and great food
Pretty darn good Vietnamese food! My kids love pho, and this is the best in Williamsburg. Vietnamese food has oodles of vegetarian-friendly options.
VERY slow service. Once we received food had good flavor but not worth the wait
