Great service and family owned!! I haven’t tried the whole menu but the pho and grilled meats are great, the owner takes real pride in his soup.

This is a very laid back restaurant where one should appreciate the food and not the ambiance. Casual, young, relaxed waitstaff multi-tasking at reception, bussing, serving, etc. but that's OK. Dinnerware - oriental plastic spoons and plastic chopsticks - already in holders at the tables for your use. Silverware - forks and knives - in paper napkins... and that was OK to us, as well. Folks were friendly and available. My wife and I were there for the food. We shared orders of fresh roll and fried spring roll. The fresh roll was simple... sticky rice, a couple small shrimp, and a few crispy veg... carrot or maybe celery etc. It was ok.. The fried spring roll was also ok.. My wife ate them, mostly ... I'd have liked soy sauce on my portion but used the available sauces on the table... I ordered the Pho with eye of round, brisket, tendon and tripe - got the large size. It was a LARGE portion! The broth was better than average (I've had more concentrated/flavorful elsewhere but it was still good). The meat bits were there but not in abundance. Lots of rice noodles in the bowl. On the side, a good portion of bean sprouts, fresh Thai basil leave, and one slice of jalapeño to add as you might. I would have liked some soy sauce to add.. The chili oil, hoisin sauce, and sriracha sauces were available on the table. My wife ordered R2 - Rice with grilled chicken. That was pretty much it. Cooked rice (jasmine perhaps) and some grilled chicken chunks on the side with some fresh vegetables. She was given a bowl of fish sauce on the side (which I used in my Pho for lack of soy sauce). The food was abundant and she said it was... ok... Next time, she would order the Pho. So, If you're hungry for reasonably-priced Pho food for your tummy, Chopsticks Pho may fit the bill.

Heard good things about this place. I ordered pho for pickup. To my surprise when I open the container, the raw meat was with the veggies and cooked meat. My eggrolls were cooked in old oil and didn't taste great. The broth did taste good so I used it to make some noodle soup. I was about to eat the combined raw food with cooked food. I don't think I'll be trying this place again.

Good Vietnamese ?? restaurant. Spring Rolls were fresh and the dipping sauce ? (Pnut), fantastic!! The Pho was flavorful, meaty, and accompanied by lots of fresh condiments and fiery ? sauces! YUM ?! Great winter meal; warm you thru and thru......Will return to try the Rice Bowls.

Small place. Not much in terms of atmosphere, but the Pho is great as is the fried rice.

We were so excited about this place because the menu has all our favorites. We specifically came for a Bahn mi, pho, and the crispy noodle dish (mì xào giòn).Honestly, everything was fine. The food was authentic, fresh, and served hot. It just needed more! More pickled vegetables on the Bahn mi. More sauce on the crispy noodles (the best past is when everything sort of mixes together at the end). More veggies in the pho. Because the food is so true to original form, it had a chance to be great... just deliver on the spices and balanced flavors that already exist. The pho broth specifically was a miss for us. It was beautifully clear. Someone took time to make it, but but was very very heavy on the sesame oil. I didn't get the clove, or cinnamon that is typically there. Also, there isn't a "bbq" or spicy broth option, which is fast way to pack flavor. To note, We have a lot of kids, and they did a great bringing extra plates and were good about letting them enjoy their food. This place was packed. And I think it could be great. It's just needs a nudge.Kid-friendliness: We have a lot of kids, and they did a great bringing extra plates and were good about letting them enjoy their food.

So disappointed! Had been waiting forever to try it, and when we finally did talk about underwhelming and overpriced. I've never had Pho, and I'm guessing I still haven't as what they served me was just a flavorless bowl full of ordinary angel hair noodles with nothing else. Not even an option for any fun add ons. There were 4 of us, ordering a variety of things, and we all thought it stunk. From the outside, and the price, you would think it was extremely fancy. Inside reminded me of a Chinese take away place, just cleaner and bigger. Wbg has multiple Pho places, so I'd recommend trying somewhere else - or another place in new town. Kung Fu's fast food chicken was better than this. We were the only ones in the store at around 6pm, and we understand why now.

Good location, lots of parking and food options since it's in a little shopping center. The maps location was wrong though and it was raining when I arrived. I called the front desk to ask what street the main entrance was on and the girl that answered didn't know, so I had to walk around the shopping center in the rain until I found it. The rooms are nice are nice. I didn't get to try breakfast cuz I had to be out before they started. Service could use a little improvement, I had to get a new key at the front desk at 3pm and there was no one around. The manager at some point came out and instead of helping the 6 people would in line, he just said the front desk person will be out shortly. I waited there for 15-20 minutes before they eventually came back, very unacceptable!
