Ordered butter pecan ice cream. Paid $7 for a generous scoop of tan ice cream no pecans. Paid $7 for scoop of vanilla oreo, just vanilla, no oreos. No need to pay for this. Go to a supermarket and get a $7 mhalf gallon of anything and it will measure up.

Informed them of a peanut allergy for my daughter and was told everything was contaminated with peanuts. How on earth is that even safe?

$16 for 2 scoops of franchise icecream? Just go ahead and shut it down. I'll start going across the street to Publix and get 2 gallons for the same price. Turn this place into a coffee or bagel shop.

Cold Stone left a mixed impression during our visit. The service was passable, although it seemed that the staff was preoccupied in the back of the store while we were there, leaving the tables sticky. In the absence of assistance, we took it upon ourselves to clean them.However, when it came to the ice cream itself, Cold Stone shined. The ice cream was truly exceptional, made to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite the initial hiccups, the quality of the ice cream made up for it, leaving us with a sweet and satisfying experience.

Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints you, no matter what state you’re in. Great selection, ice cream always tastes real, not like other places (mix of sugar and milk).

Refuses to accept a gift card that has Cold Stone Creamery on it. It has other locations on it. We were told their machine doesn't accept the gift card even though they are listed on the card... user beware.. she was nice enough but that is ridiculous

Tried to order my wife an ice cream cake but was told that the lady who decorate was on vacation.Asked if anyone could just write "happy birthday" but she said no. Pretty ridiculous.

Fawda & his team did a very good job. Walked in with a party of 8 including 3 very excited kids and we were accommodated very quickly! Will definitely be back.

Stopped in for a treat with my daughter. The ice cream and mix-in combinations allow a lot of creativity. Their signature mixes also help eliminate the need to get scientific if your looking for an easy decision. We were greeted promptly and served quickly.
