We were a party of 6 and we had a great experience. Only one lady was working and she was so nice. She was prompt and what stood out to me was excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a Dasani water, however, they were sold out. She mentioned a gas station around the corner and I thanked her and finished eating my ice cream. Shortly after she walks from the back out to the front and brings me a water (not for sale) and gives it to me. She grateful for that kind gesture. Wish I had gotten her name.

Ordered cookie dough ice cream for my daughter’s birthday cake and they used vanilla. I was hoping when I called the store that they’d apologize and fix it. Instead, they lied and told me their cookie dough ice cream does not include chunks. (The website where I ordered clearly shows chunks.) If they lie about this, what else do they lie about?

Slow service. No hairnet or gloves used

I want to start off with I am so impressed by the young lady behind the counter. My husband and I came in the door and instantly greeted by her along with everyone else that walked in. Then she was the only one there on a Saturday night did she let that get her off her game. No. She was steadily getting every single customer what they wanted and answered any questions. Rang every customer with a smile and kept the line moving. As a store manager myself i wanted to have this young woman recognized. For exceptional customer service.

I have never had an ice cream order take so long and come out so wrong. I ordered the peanut butter cup perfection. Whatever they gave me wasn't even close to that. I will never go to this location again.

Rudest staff I’ve encountered in years.

I questioned my order and the staff was Incredibly rude.

As someone who works in the service industry the service was appalling.

That being said the actual ice cream was ok and the facility was clean.

Kind and friendly worker paid for my delicious coffee icecream

Ordered butter pecan ice cream. Paid $7 for a generous scoop of tan ice cream no pecans. Paid $7 for scoop of vanilla oreo, just vanilla, no oreos. No need to pay for this. Go to a supermarket and get a $7 mhalf gallon of anything and it will measure up.

This ice cream is overpriced. I ordered butter pecan and there were no nuts. The ice cream was tan, the taste was bland. No way to tell it was actually butter pecan. Don't waste your money, buy a Drumstick at the supermarket.

Informed them of a peanut allergy for my daughter and was told everything was contaminated with peanuts. How on earth is that even safe?

$16 for 2 scoops of franchise icecream? Just go ahead and shut it down. I'll start going across the street to Publix and get 2 gallons for the same price. Turn this place into a coffee or bagel shop.

In the absence of assistance, we took it upon ourselves to clean them.However, when it came to the ice cream itself, Cold Stone shined. The ice cream was truly exceptional, made to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite the initial hiccups, the quality of the ice cream made up for it, leaving us with a sweet and satisfying experience.
