Our favorite breakfast restaurant in Williamsburg VA! Every time we come from PA we cannot wait to have breakfast here! The sausage gravy over biscuits are so good, as well as the VA breakfast ham! Pancakes are a solid choice, too! Prices are reasonable and you get plenty of food. Everyone is also super friendly!

First time trying this restaurant, we had a short 15ish minute wait. The atmosphere was great especially considering a smaller location, but, these really helps when holding a conversation with your table. The food was great and the server checked on us every time she passed. The food was prepared well and quickly. Definitely planning to dine here again.

Hard to find a place that has a normal country style breakfast, but colonial pancake house hits the marks and checks the boxes, hometown feel, hometown service, a little noisy but a fantastic atmosphere

This was my first visit to Colonial Pancake House, and I was very pleased. The food was excellent, and our waiter was great. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. I will definitely visit again.

Have gone by for years, decided to stop and have breakfast, wait was only 20 minutes, Food is outstanding, huge menu, service is top notch, they appreciate their customers, as an added benefit, they offer a military discount, thank you for doing this we all appreciate it.
The food was just as amazing as the service! Everything was delicious, and I had the best French toast I’ve ever tasted. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Gluten free options were also available here!

Pretty good spot for breakfast or brunch in Williamsburg. They have a good range of options of pancakes, eggs and french toast. The portions were very generous and all decent food - the pancakes were really nice in particular. It was not too busy when we went (on a weekday lunch), so we were able to get a table straight away.

It's very quiet and down to earth. Am I going to slap my grandma after eating this food!? No. But it's a solid 4 start joint with good service, a relaxed atmosphere and good turnaround time from ordering to table.
