Wifey and I had brunch here and it was real Nice… our server took good care of us and attentive place, would’ve given 5 stars but my grits was cold but my waitress took care of it immediately and I was appreciative of that… Clean spot… I promise you won’t be disappointed

We had a great lunch here at our second day in Williamsburg. The pancakes 🥞 was so fluffy and soft,the sausage was good too 🍖they have plenty of side to choose from. The burrito 🌯 is juicy and delicious 😋! Will come back for our next time visit.

I only get to Williamsburg one time a year and always make sure I dine at the Colonial Pancake House. It's not only a cozy restaurant, but the service and food are top of the list. I make sure I let my friends know about the place. It's a must if you are in Wiliamsburg, VA.

Came here for breakfast and everything was great! Kids had pancakes and waffles. Both delicious and noting was left. Omelets and home fries were very good too! Nice clean place. Staff was very friendly!
The food was absolutely delicious. Very quick service and the staff were all very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were visiting Williamsburg for the first time for a mini anniversary trip. We stayed at one of the Colonial Houses and did not want to deal with food in our room. We chose the Colonial Pancake House based on the reviews and it was amazing! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially our server Matthew! The owner also came by our table to see if everything was good. He was friendly and appreciative that we came in. We enjoyed the meal and the service so much that we came back the next morning again and specifically asked for his section. The service was friendly and fast. Matthew was so personable and checked on us several times during our meal. He is to be commended for a "job well done". I had the yogurt parfait with a side of scrambled eggs and coffee. My husband ordered the country ham biscuits and hot tea. Everything was absolutely delicious and so fresh. The next morning I ordered the French toast with fresh berries and a side of bacon. My husband ordered plain French toast. Again the food was so good! Some of the reviews were complaining about the quality of the food, but we found none of that true for us. We would highly recommend this for breakfast and be sure to ask for Matthew's section! We will definitely go back again in we are ever in the area in the future.

I've been here several times, and the food and service is always good, but for whatever reason the waitress I had on today was bordering on rude. There were not many people dining today, but I was told I could sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth in the back because all of the booths in the front were full. I waited to be served for what seemed like at least 15 minutes. The waitress came finally, and did not give her name or any type of greeting that one would expect. I gave her my order, and she never acknowledged my request or indicated that she heard what I said. She didn't return to the table to see if I needed anything, or if everything was ok once she brought the food to the table. She returned to the table with a carryout box and the bill, and finally asked if I needed a carry coffee or water. Honestly, if I was having a bad day, she didn't help. Perhaps she was having a bad day. I certainly hope she'll have a better day so that she is able to better communicate with the customer

Had a fantastic breakfast at the pancake house! The pancakes were fluffy, delicious, and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. Cozy atmosphere and great coffee too. Definitely a spot I’ll visit again!
