The onion rings are best from Cook Out in the area. Being a vegetarian I enjoy them a lot.

We got the meals and there were 4 onion rings in one box but a huge box of French fries in mine. Food was hot and fresh at 11 pm on a weeknight. The milkshakes are really good too.

An order taker on the window was very impatient. Gave me a total of 60 seconds to decide and then proceeded to talk over me, misheard the order then charged me incorrectly. I figured, maybe its just me... so I got back into line only for her to completely talk over me rush me, with a condescending impatient tone (I assume because she knew it was me again.) I had never ordered here and needed a minute to follow the ordering prompt with so many menu options. I will not be back. Pleas talk to your crew on the night of 12/17 at approx 8:45pm.

Not a clean table in the empty of customers place. Food on the floor. Trash cans over flowing. We got there at 3:30 On Mon 8 Dec 25. Both of our chicken quesadillas were burnt. My burger was smashed as if someone had sat on it. Onion rings were burnt and very few. No ketchup offered. Our second time here in several years. We remembered as we sat at a dirty table with horrible food, not to come back and let others know to by pass this one.

We're big fans of Cookout because of the Cajun Chicken burger and fries at a value price! 🍔🍟 These have been our go-to places when we've visited areas where they're present. But this time around, we felt we've had better food before. 🤔 Service was quick and staff was friendly. Seating was adequate and restroom was clean.
