Ordered delivery from Cookie Chris while staying the night at the Great Wolf Lodge. Cookie selection was good. Cookies were excellent! Not over cooked at all and the perfect amount of gooeyness. They tasted like they were hand made from scratch using quality ingredients. In my opinion they blow crumble cookie out of the water. And the icing on top? is it’s locally owned! I would have posted pictures except we snarfed the cookies way too fast.?

Last week, I was vacationing in Williamsburg with my granddaughters. I was intrigued by Chris's story and wanted to support his business. My granddaughters ordered a strawberry ?, sugar cookie and chocolate chip. I ordered two carrot cake and one peanut butter. The carrot ? cake and peanut butter cookies were still raw and I could taste the batter. I brought them home and baked them for 20 minutes. Now they taste good. I'm not sure who is managing the business, but someone needs to be responsible for ensuring that the cookies are done before selling them to customers. Selling raw dough could make someone ? ill. Besides, the quality needs to match the price. I rarely sp nd $30 on 6 cookies. Do better!

I'm here almost every weekend from (RICHMOND) never had a bad experience, Every Friday the cookie's change, I love the different varieties, today I tried Va ButterOh myyyyy!!! I promise you wont be disappointed if you give it a try.I had to go back & get 2 more.LOLCan't wait till they open there 2nd location in (Richmond) I'm gonna miss (Williamsburg)location but it's closer for me

Like many others I really wanted to like these cookies. The owner has a great story and I enjoy supporting small businesses when I can. However, the cookies just weren't very good. Ordered a 4 pack ($16.79 with tax). 1 lemon, 1 strawberry, 1 Easter sugar and 1 peanut butter with Reese's. 3 of the 4 were so RAW in center that you could still taste the flour. They were not gooey as advertised, but undercooked and very oily on the bottom. ( Yes, I know the difference). They were not appetizing. One other thing to note is that the cookies had varied sizes with some being very large and others small. Need more uniformity if you are charging the same price per cookie.

The staff was so friendly from beginning to end!!!! Smiling faces and so welcoming!! The restaurant was extremely clean and VERY “pleasing to the eye” with bright colors!!!The cookies, milkshake and ice cream that we purchased GREATLY EXCEEDED our expectations!!! We had 5 kids with us and the box was gone in no time flat…the kids were quiet with big smiles on their face!!! We got a variety pack and would share a favorite, but we couldn’t pick just one!!!!!!We visit “Cookie Chris” every time that we come to Williamsburg and will continue to do so!!

First time in Williamsburg, saw this cute desert place! Cookie Chris, The owner Chris was helpful and fun. Cookies were warm and ice cream was a perfect addition! Loved it all! Birthday cake cookie a la mode with cookies and cream, macadamia nut with vanilla were the best!

I came in looking to pick up a half dozen or so and left with 1 cookie because of the prices. I understand they make larger than normal cookies but should consider making batches of regular, fresh cookies.
