Great craft beer choices, cocktails and food! The chocked chopped salad was fabulous and my husband loved the crab cake sandwich.
Our server, Kiki, was great - and the food and drinks were wonderful. One table was a little loud - but everything else made it a good evening.
Waited over an hour to get our food. Very little contact with wait staff. All other tables seated after us were done and gone before we received our food. The manager did provide a comp for a next visit. The food was excellent our issue was the service.
Great burgers and cocktails. Would definitely go again when I'm in the area. Service was awesome and just a really chill place to hang out.
Craft 31 is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but this dinner in particular was the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was so kind. We dined in with our 1 year old baby, and the entire staff kept interacting with her and complimenting how cute she was. We felt so special and taken care of, truly an amazing visit. 10000/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our server Jaylen was extremely attentive and professional. Food and drink were wonderful!
This has been a “regular” dinner spot on our annual week-long visits to Williamsburg. Service has always been marginal, but the food made up for it. This time we waited 15 minutes after having been seated before we went to the front desk to ask if anyone was serving our table. A manager then brought us water. Once a server was assigned service improved. Food was OK, but the burgers seemed quite a bit smaller than we remembered from previous visits. There are quite a few other choices for burgers and beers in Willamsburg, so we may be giving those a try.
The beginning of our experience was exceptional, but then our server disappeared for approximately 30 minutes after we received our drinks and appetizer. Our meals took approximately 45 minutes to receive after placing our order, and other staff delivered our food to the table. We asked the support staff for additional beverages and sauce for one of the meals, but that associate didn't come back. We really wanted to order more drinks, but by the time our server came back we were all frustrated with the lack of service and asked for our checks.
Food was very good. We had to wait for our table, which was fine. However, they did not clean it very well and it was still wet when we sat down. Our waitress and her trainee were good and attentive.
We had a great dinner while we were visiting Williamsburg. We are in the area often and always like to try something new. The food was delicious and we loved that there was outdoor seating since we have small children. Our server was excellent and I wish I could remember her name. She was so friendly and good with the kids. My husband and I both had the margarita flight and it was delicious and the perfect amount. The salad we ordered was HUGE as well as the burger and everything tasted great. We would definitely recommend and go back.

Disappointing! Let's start with the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever sat in. The patio chairs need cushions. We sat outside because either was so very nosy inside and wanted to be able to talk to our friends. Service was good, although a bit slow. The beer was cold and refreshing and thats where it ends. The Greek pizza crust was raw in the middle. The sweet potatoes fries were overdone and served cold which tells me that they were old, not fried to order. The brisket sandwich was fatty. The Super Salad was served with one slice of avocado, 1 tablespoon (if that much) of quinoa, there was no spinach or baby kale. It had large leaf kale that was chopped up. The plate was half the size of what it used to be (I have ordered it many times before). We won't go back.
2 of us had burgers. One had Black & Blue and one had the Pub Burger. The other 2 of us had Raw Oysters and fries. The Burgers hit the spot and the oysters were really good. The truffle/parmesan fries were wonderful. Oh yeah, you can't not find a great craft beer.
We made a late dinner reservation for my family. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated immediately. We had a nice table in their dining room and our Waitress Samantha took our order quickly. We stared with the fried oysters which were absolutely delicious, then I had the Blue Cheese Burger, my sister had the turkey burger and my mom had the shrimp and chicken jambalaya. The kids had the chicken nuggets and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious and I loved my burger. I am not a huge blue cheese fan but that burger was amazing. Everything was made fresh and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back.
Just about the best pizza in town. Glad we had a reservation. The party in front of us did not and was told the wait would be 45 minutes.
Loved this restaurant! Service was top notch and the food was delicious. I wish we would have been more hungry, but as it was we split a Lone Star burger and an appetizer of the garlic and cheddar cheese curds. Both were fantastically prepared and just the right amount of seasoning on everything! We will definitely be stopping here again our next time in Williamsburg!
