Food was excellent, generous portion Server, Renee, provided great service. She was attentive to your needs, if a fork dropped she was right there with a clean one, your drinks were replenished immediately. All of her tables looked happy.

The last couple times we've been there it has become less desirable to return. We had reservations for noon. When we arrived we had to wait for our table. The were very few diners in the restaurant and I could see many open tables for 4. But yet we had to wait. When we were seated we were put in the smallest both in the place. We immediately asked to be seated in one of the many open tables around us. Of the 4 of us only 1 was satisfied with the brunch. One ask for crispy bacon and didn't get it. Another asked for crispy country fried potatoes, didn't happen. And I ordered the smoked oyster Benedict. I asked if the oysters were smoked in house or out of can. The waitress said smoked in house. My Benedict came out cold and pretty sure the oysters came out of can. All in all a very disappointing Sunday brunch. And is was a birthday brunch for one of the ladies in our group. We used to like coming here. Not sure what's going on here but it's not good

This is my favorite place to eat in Williamsburg,Va I travel 2 hours to eat here because I've never had anything bad and I'm a foodie! I do suggest a reservation and add on apple berry sangria :)

We always like to go to Craft 31, and we took friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation for 6 of us - yet the table had an extra chair? The server was good - but the food took a really long time to come out. The restaurant is very noisy - so it was a little hard to hear each other across the table. But once the food came, it was really good, as always. We all got burgers this time, but their pizza is always excellent, too!

Craft 31 is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but this dinner in particular was the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was so kind. We dined in with our 1 year old baby, and the entire staff kept interacting with her and complimenting how cute she was. We felt so special and taken care of, truly an amazing visit. 10000/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has been a “regular” dinner spot on our annual week-long visits to Williamsburg. Service has always been marginal, but the food made up for it. This time we waited 15 minutes after having been seated before we went to the front desk to ask if anyone was serving our table. A manager then brought us water. Once a server was assigned service improved. Food was OK, but the burgers seemed quite a bit smaller than we remembered from previous visits. There are quite a few other choices for burgers and beers in Willamsburg, so we may be giving those a try.

The beginning of our experience was exceptional, but then our server disappeared for approximately 30 minutes after we received our drinks and appetizer. Our meals took approximately 45 minutes to receive after placing our order, and other staff delivered our food to the table. We asked the support staff for additional beverages and sauce for one of the meals, but that associate didn't come back. We really wanted to order more drinks, but by the time our server came back we were all frustrated with the lack of service and asked for our checks.
