We made a late dinner reservation for my family. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated immediately. We had a nice table in their dining room and our Waitress Samantha took our order quickly. We stared with the fried oysters which were absolutely delicious, then I had the Blue Cheese Burger, my sister had the turkey burger and my mom had the shrimp and chicken jambalaya. The kids had the chicken nuggets and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious and I loved my burger. I am not a huge blue cheese fan but that burger was amazing. Everything was made fresh and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Loved this restaurant! Service was top notch and the food was delicious. I wish we would have been more hungry, but as it was we split a Lone Star burger and an appetizer of the garlic and cheddar cheese curds. Both were fantastically prepared and just the right amount of seasoning on everything! We will definitely be stopping here again our next time in Williamsburg!

We celebrated a birthday and surprise was wonderful cobbler dessert. We both enjoyed special lunch menu and I had bbq and birthday girl fish sandwich. Server very good but never gave her name.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Craft 31! The staff were very kind and accommodating. We first tried to come in as a party of 2 with no reservations and were told we'd have a wait of about 45 minutes which was a bit too long for us, but we vowed to come again with reservations the following night! We came back with reservations the following evening and we were seated promptly! We ordered a flight of beers, the pretzels and beer cheese, and the swine and dine pizza. All of the food and drinks were incredible! We intend to come back to Williamsburg just to re-visit this place! Can't recommend this food spot more, but highly recommend a reservation (even for a table of 2).

Food and service was excellent, prices have jumped a bit, sadly they were having an issue with thier craft beer system so they.could not serve craft only domestic in bottles. Lunch specials were delicious and priced well.

A lucky find while we are in the area visiting William & Mary with our daughter. Good food, attentive service and a casual but very nice atmosphere indoors and out. We ate inside, as it was getting chilly, but the patio area looks great when the weather is fine.

Very loud but clean. Service was good. Fish dinner was basically Capt Gortons frozen fish portions and the fact that I got 12 pretzel bites for $10 was disappointing. I paid the bill for 6 people which was $184 plus a $30 tip. Daughter’s birthday so she wanted to go there. I personally won’t be back.
