Waited over an hour to get our food. Very little contact with wait staff. All other tables seated after us were done and gone before we received our food. The manager did provide a comp for a next visit. The food was excellent our issue was the service.
Craft 31 is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but this dinner in particular was the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was so kind. We dined in with our 1 year old baby, and the entire staff kept interacting with her and complimenting how cute she was. We felt so special and taken care of, truly an amazing visit. 10000/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This has been a “regular” dinner spot on our annual week-long visits to Williamsburg. Service has always been marginal, but the food made up for it. This time we waited 15 minutes after having been seated before we went to the front desk to ask if anyone was serving our table. A manager then brought us water.
