Health department permit expired almost 2 years ago. Mold in the vents above the food serving lines. Completely unacceptable given how busy the festhaus is and how much they charge for food around the park. Almost $7 for a bottle of water.

There were a lot of food choices and the desserts looked wonderful! I got a Pizza for $16 and side salad for $8. It was a bit confusing on how to order and pick up the pizza since they were none sitting out to grab. I asked the lady behind the counter and she said, “I’ll bring it out”. I wasn’t sure if that meant to stay where I was but it was very busy and I didn’t want to hold up the line so I walked to the end of the line. A few minutes later, I still didn’t see my pizza come out so I asked a man who was putting ice in the fountain drink machine, where I would pick up my pizza. He pointed to a small counter beside the fountain machine. I stood there for a little bit and then saw the lady with my pizza but she couldn’t see me so I had to sorta yell for her to hear me. Once I got to the cashier, I saw all of the utensils but didn’t see the napkins. The cashier told me that they were at the end of each register. Once I paid, I still couldn’t find the napkins. I later found the dispensers mounted on the wall dividers behind the cashiers. The pizza was o.k. and the salad was good. I like the décor in the Festhaus.

$40 for a few lower quality mozzarella sticks (the fat frozen kind), SLICED fried pickles (instead of medallions) and what monster combined fries and macaroni (Carb on Carb) and called it a meal? The entrée (singular) offered here was completely unappealing, themed or no, and the pizza was soggy and underdone. Glad there wasn't a show going on when I walked in, that would have sucked. All this money you guys spend on rides, staff, and theming SOME of that can go to the food!

The only thing good about this place is the beer selection if purchasing $17 beers don't turn you off. The food is extremely sub par for the price as well. I know theme parks aren't know for low prices or quality food, but this was abysmal. It took us over an hour to get through the line to get food and then when it was out turn they were out of the food we wanted and they asked us to go wait in the other line to get it there.
The service is horrendous, and it seems like not a single soul employed there takes pride in their work. Also the amount of people trying to pile in all at once makes getting their sub par food offerings very difficult. I was appalled at how unorganized and chaotic it was in that building.
The park almost forces you to eat at certain places, here being one, and they do this by only opening a very limited amount of restaurants, and by doing such they create an unpleasant environment. Creating this unpleasant environment is intentional because it causes less people to take advantage of the all day dining. I don't know anyone who would want to deal with that chaos again just to receive the product the restaurant puts out.
God help your soul if a show is happening when you want to eat. The chaos level when that happens is multipled by 10.
The Best Advice I Can Give Anyone!!! Is to avoid this restaurant an the all day dining plan it's a scam!

Cannot rate high enough the atmosphere in this building! It has tons of tables and the interior is beautiful. The food is okay. It is not as good as the prices would indicate it should be. But it is your typical amusement park food
