Dominion Dogs Hot Dogs Cold Beer

We got American hotdogs, west Virginia hotdog, hot dog nuggets, onion rings, and ice cream (3 kinds of them), everything was so delicious and the team were amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend to try the French roast ice cream OMG I don’t think you ate something similar before. In general it’s very nice place to stop by.

We brought our two kids (6 and 7) here after a day at the beach. The wait staff was so great talking to our kids. The menu has everything from very simple to very exotic, and it was all delicious. The kiddos especially liked the root beer on tap.

Amazing hot dogs and even better service! My only regret is that I wish we had come sooner. I recommended the classic American hot dog (super tasty relish) & Lowcountry, but I’m sure they’re all great. Get the pickle fries too, you won’t regret it.

I’m not usually a hot dog fan, but we decided to give them a try at a local event — and they were delicious! We ordered a variety of flavors and loved them all. The owner was also super friendly too.

Today… as my friend and I drove across the state, all that filled our minds was the stabbing pain in our stomachs and the jab of hunger—nothing else existed but our corn dog cravings. I searched and searched desperately looking for a restaurant, any restaurant selling corn dogs. We stopped at many a store but only left with sand in our shoes and disappointment in our hearts, with no sign of a single corn dog.
Then, just as hope was fading, we stumbled upon the one and only Dominion Dogs. As we walked in, a kind woman greeted us at the door. The service? Impeccable. She seated us and took our order right away. We excitedly awaited our divine dogs, chatting excitedly as the delectable aroma of golden fried goodness drifted to our noses.
Soon, our waiter emerged from behind the counter, seemingly glowing, carrying a heavenly platter of four beautiful corn dogs. Our first bite went a little like this: the golden crust gave way to soft, pillowy dough, wrapping a perfectly salty hot dog. Every bite was a symphony of flavors—a true slice of corn dog heaven.
Just as we were finishing our four dogs, the voice of an angel asked if we wanted eight more tots. And boy, oh boy—the little corn dog bites? Dangerous. You pop one and suddenly the whole basket is gone. Addictive doesn’t even cover it.
That lunch didn’t just leave us satisfied—it left us feeling like we had experienced a true taste of corn dog paradise. Not to mention the price of only $2 a dog! Just writing about it makes me want to go back. If any dog lover is near Dominion Dogs, don’t walk—run. Bring your appetite and maybe an even a friend :)

This place has been consistently making excellent food. The hot dogs are amazing and unique, cheese curds are surprisingly done perfectly. Give them a shot!!!

Coming from out of town needed a place for lunch. This place hit the mark exactly what I was looking for. They had a wide variety of differently topped dogs. I went with 2 standard kraut dog. They were delicious with just the right amount of “snap”.

Note they don’t have fountain drinks so refills will cost you, but that was fine for me.

Will def be back when in town.
