Placed an order here about an hour and 45 minutes ago only for nothing to show. Gave them my card info and address and all. Have them a call after this long to see if the storm was causing delays because that’s fine! I understand! Only to be told they never deliver to our address which is maybe 10 minutes away. After almost 2 hours!

Pizza tastes good but the speed of service is beyond ridiculously slow. They mark orders as ready and take up to more than an hour to get them ready. And that’s just for pickup. Delivery is another whole nightmare. They seem to have the staff capacity but are collectively insanely slow.

i just ordered food from this store it took over an hour to get my food pizza was cold my sandwich had hardly any meat on it drivers excuse was i didnt put the address on there of wht he was late called they put me on hold with out asking had an attitude left me on hold for 10 mins had to hang up and call back to speak to someone and they brushed me off like it was nothing i will be callimg corporate tommorow

Ordered pizza through grub hub an hour and a half ago, grub hub says to call if there are questions about the order. Called dominos about 6 times and they only answered once telling me my pizza was on the way. That was thirty minutes ago, I live 10 mins from this dominos max. Called again and heard them pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. Horrible service.

Horrible!! Horrible!!Horrible!!Customer Service! The supposedly Manager was very rude and non professional to a very loyal Dominos Customer but after today’s treatment not any more ever !!!!!! This place did not honor the online coupon this seems to happen a lot at this establishment and when my wife called to bring this to the team’s attention. The supposedly Manager hung up on my wife twice that is totally unacceptable and also when asked her name she refused to give her name. So they charged more for the order and did not even get the included 2 liter coke.. Do yourself a favor and get your pizza somewhere else!!!!

Horrible. Ordered delivery 2 hours ago. Not only did they not show up, but when I called the first time, I was told it was still on the way. The second time, I was rudely told that the driver said, "the address took him to some power plant type place." I am at a resort. They did not bother to call my phone even once. Terrible!!! Bad service.

Placed in order over the phone, they told me 25-35 min & then hour goes by. I call to check the status and they told me the order got canceled bc they couldn’t deliver. Never updated me or called me anything and wasn’t even apologetic or cared that there was no communication
