I had the flue and was stuck in doors. Called them and they set up a contactless delivery. They dropped it off on time and the delivery guy was so fast that two seconds after the knock on the door when I opened it I didn't even see em. Just the pizza on the ground. Checked the receipt for a QR code to send a tip to the driver, didn't find one. Tried calling again but it seems their phone lines are to busy. Other than a lack of after the fact tipping options for contactless delivery I have no complaints.

I ordered a pizza via GrubHub at 8:30 pm with an ETA of 8:50 pm. Around 9:00, the delivery time kept fluctuating, and the app never updated to “arrived.” I waited outside in case the driver was lost, but no one showed. By around 9:20, I realized I had accidentally entered the wrong phone number.
I called to explain, and the gentleman on the phone was very kind—he spoke with the driver and told me to wait outside since the driver couldn’t reach me at the incorrect number. When the driver arrived, I approached him apologetically, knowing he had likely tried calling multiple times. However, instead of letting me explain, he cut me off and repeated several times, “I called you like 10 times. You didn’t answer.” Even after I tried to re-explain and apologize, he continued to say the same thing, at least five times in our short interaction.
I still gave him a tip because of the mix-up (which I regret), but he responded sarcastically with, “Oh, a tip, wow thanks.” While I fully acknowledge that the mistake was mine, that does not excuse an employee from speaking to a customer in such a dismissive and rude manner. The only reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because of the kind gentleman on the phone who helped resolve the situation.

Unprofessional, forgot sides. Theyre good on small items, like lava cakes or just breadsticks. If ur order exceeds 2 items, it taxes their mental capacity. Youre better off making your own food.

the ppl who work here are some trolls. first, they ignore or literally hang up on you when you call. now, tell me why they picked up and after telling me to wait a moment, never said a word to me after waiting 10 minutes and I could obviously hear the employee(s) there shuffling around near the phone or holding it and ignoring me. doing delivery with this place is near impossible, do not recommend

Placed an order here about an hour and 45 minutes ago only for nothing to show. Gave them my card info and address and all. Have them a call after this long to see if the storm was causing delays because that’s fine! I understand! Only to be told they never deliver to our address which is maybe 10 minutes away. Pizza tastes good but the speed of service is beyond ridiculously slow. They mark orders as ready and take up to more than an hour to get them ready. And that’s just for pickup. Delivery is another whole nightmare. They seem to have the staff capacity but are collectively insanely slow.
