Domino's Pizza

I order a pizza tonight at 9:42, about 20 mins later the app was saying the pizza was out for delivery and would arrive in 1-2 mins and continued to say that for about 30 minutes. So I called and asked about what was going on and got met with the rudest lady ever! She was not helpful at all and even tried to cancel my order even though I was calling in for it. I will not be a returning customer and I hope everyone else makes the same decision. The delivery guy was super sweet though!

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and I got plain wings drenched in ranch. Last time we ordered they gave us garlic bites instead of cinnamon. Who is doing Q/A there???

Edit: since I apparently enjoy wasting money, today I received a pizza that appears to have been dropped. Three orders in a row that were either wrong or poorly handled. What is wrong with this place???

This place is ridiculous. For the past year, any time we have came by, which is pretty often, there have been kids outside begging for money with a change jar. The one girl says her parents work there. She always has matted hair and looks dirty. Today, there were about 4 or 5 tiny kids out asking for money. 3 different kids asked me just trying to get in the door. There is always people outside smoking too. Not only is this unprofessional, but seems to be a call to CPS may be needed.
On the food, it's almost never fully cut. We asked for sausage on half the pizza, we got 6 pieces lol Whoever manages this place, is running it into the ground. We will be going to another Domino's. This place needs help.

So I hesitated trying this place because of all the bad reviews, BUT they were on time for our preorder! The pizza had lots of toppings and decent sized crust. The person inside was very nice! Try it!

I can stay with a fact this place was much better than little Caesars on Monticello.

Delicious pizza always.

A lot of bad reviews and honestly this place deserves a good one. Delivered to Wedmore place in just about 8 min past earliest expected delivery time (via Uber eats). Also delivery driver placed a friendly phone call confirming delivery details which was nice. Pizza and Philly steak were both hot and tasty. We enjoyed it.

Spent all day on the ball fields in Richmond, and placed an order on the way home from 64. Based on the time it gave me on the app, I ordered a few minutes longer so it would be on my doorstep when I arrived. Ordered some pizzas and garlic bread twists. Got the notice they came out of the oven. Got home nothing. It was just short of an hour between the time it came out of the oven and then got delivered. Cold pizza. Good stuff. The garlic bread looked like it wasn’t proofed or something. Definitely far from whats pictured online. This is also the first time we got dominos in several months from previous quality issues. I guess it’s a sign to stay away.

I ordered pizza (admittedly on a Saturday night) and it took 2 and a half hours to arrive. That said, they were kind enough to remake it so it would be fresh but it took the driver so long to show up anyway that it didn’t matter and was cold anyway. The bottom line is this place has a serious labor shortage and you can’t expect anything you order to come in a reasonable amount of time (based on my experience).

Ordered pizza, Buffalo wings, loaded tater tots and garlic knots. Of course something was wrong. Unsure why it says the order was Quality checked & it wasn’t!! I ordered Buffalo wings & received naked wings. I called the store & you hear talking in the back and the girl says I can get a store credit or remake the wings & send out Buffalo wings. I opted for Buffalo wings. Now I’m sitting here wondering where the wings are???? This is crazee~~ now I have to call the store again….uuuggghhhh🤦🏽‍♀️😡😡😡😡

1st time here. Placed order. Was told 20 minutes or longer. And I seen how busy they were. Food came out quickly and looked good. Keep up the good work. Please. Awesome job y'all.

I ordered around 11pm on a Friday night and delivery time was about 20-30 minutes. The tracker was in the prep for about 30 minutes and then went to baking for another 20 minutes and then to quality check for almost an hour. I ordered this for my bf and he lives right by the store and almost took 3 hours to get the food. He tried calling around 12:30am but no one answered while the store closes at 1am. The delivery got here at 1:40am and when he asked the driver why it took almost two hours, he replied “sorry for the wait” and just handed him the food and left. I also ordered plain wings and got hot sauce on it. I’m a manger at another dominos and would never have someone Waiting 3 hours especially after rush hour is over. I would call the customer offering a refund or something!
