1st time here. Placed order. Was told 20 minutes or longer. And I seen how busy they were. Food came out quickly and looked good. Keep up the good work. Please. Awesome job y'all.

I ordered around 11pm on a Friday night and delivery time was about 20-30 minutes. The tracker was in the prep for about 30 minutes and then went to baking for another 20 minutes and then to quality check for almost an hour. I ordered this for my bf and he lives right by the store and almost took 3 hours to get the food. He tried calling around 12:30am but no one answered while the store closes at 1am. The delivery got here at 1:40am and when he asked the driver why it took almost two hours, he replied “sorry for the wait” and just handed him the food and left. I also ordered plain wings and got hot sauce on it. I’m a manger at another dominos and would never have someone Waiting 3 hours especially after rush hour is over. I would call the customer offering a refund or something!

This place sucks. I always order extra sauces. And every time they either short me, or they don't give me any at all. I paid for 4 sauces tonight and I got none! How hard is it to read the order??? I let this happen many times before saying anything. This time I was so pissed I flagged down the driver. He was like duhhhhhh, nobody told me about that. Someone has to tell you??? Nah man, look at the damn order. Bunch of low IQ individuals at this place.

This is the 4th time I’ve had a problem with this Dominos. Constantly well over an hour on delivery (not starting with placing the order, from the notification it’s on the way). Always cold by the time it finally arrives. Always forgetting parts of my order. I’m tired of it, and clearly am not the only one. By far the worst experience.

First night in our new home… we have always been the biggest dominos fans. Dominos is the ONLY place we order from. We have 4 kids who get so so excited. This delivery woman literally has zero life in her. I didn’t even get a chance to compliment her red nails, her messy bun or anything. I literally said thankyou so much and she replied with have a goodnight (depressing like) and booked it. She was gone. My daughter attempted to make her feel better but she was gone. She didn’t care, and having a delivery person at nighttime is rare for dominos (coming from Chesapeake) but like really? You don’t have half a second to be professional? I’m not trying to be picky but ALL of my kids get so excited when dominos delivery comes through, we all get so excited. For our first night we have the memory of this girl having a negative vibe and it’s rough. But the pizza is bomb always ?Addendum: the pizza was AMAZING!!! WAY better than Chesapeake, Moscow idaho, Pullman Washington and Tennessee dominoes pizza!!! So amazing. Changing it to 5 stars because the cooks heckin ROCK!!’ THANKYOU for the redemption!!

After 15 minutes on hold , then disconnected,was enough.. also in last 3 months they've double charged my card couple of times, at different prizes girl manager said my bank was at fault...I give up.....
I keep trying bc I love dominos but I honestly don’t think one order has turned out right in 2 years. This time I’ve been waiting 2 hours for delivery. Estimate was 45 mins. At the least I am always missing at least one thing once delivered. One time they delivered to my neighbor then acted like I was the jerk when I said I didn’t get it. Said I could walk around and ask my neighbors or could make a new order and deliver it in 2 hours. Then when I asked for a refund they just put me on hold repeatedly. Finally offered a free pizza next time. My fault for continuing to try…

Waited over an hour - checked the tracker- said no such order- called the store and they said they we’re short delivery drivers and THEY CANCELED THE ORDER. They never called or anything. Just said I would get a refund on my card and to “have a nice day”.

Don't waste your time! Waited over an hour for a delivery, checked the tracker and it said no such order. Called the store and they said they were waiting on a delivery driver and canceled the order. They never even called to say they couldn't deliver and we're canceling the order.

I stopped ordering from this location after 2 bad experiences, but decided to see if the new staff made a difference; It did not. Ordered 2 medium pizza's both pie cut with extra sauce. Put the order in at 6:20pm, and arrived at 7:45pm.Both pizza's were ice cold, not even lukewarm, when they arrived. One pizza was pie cut, but was cut horribly. The other was burnt, barely sauced and diced into tiny squares.The product they are sending out is reliably getting worse. Papa John's is next door and leaps and bounds better.
