Absolutely terrible drive thru experience on 4/18/25. Taking one order at a time and the time to make the drinks/food was insane. Was in the drive thru line for 20+ mins. Get your processes right

The croissant for the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich was not fresh, tasted faintly like gas, and was burnt. The apple fritter had a large glob of cinnamon in one bite that was overpowering.

I guess I should specify that I don't want my breakfast burned, or that I'd like my drink as ordered instead of half empty and overloaded woth ice. This is just as bad as the Lightfoot location now.

Doing a long road trip and I have no clue why this location only has three stars, this is probably the nicest Dunkin I’ve been in. Super clean, food was perfect and just as expected, and the donuts look better than other locations, which is impressive considering it’s 5pm. Staff were chill too. Give em all raises.

Sunday, 3/16/2025 @ 7:40 a.m. Walk-in order. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I did hear someone say they were probably going to run out of munchkins soon and they didn't have sesame bagels, but there was a good assortment of donuts available. My order was filled in a reasonable amount of time, but I did have to tell the young lady prepping the bagels she just put butter on one and it should have butter and cc. She quickly fixed it and was still pleasant. I wrote this review because I saw some bad ones and was nervous about going here. I am pleased to share, while not perfect, I had a good experience!

This was my first time coming to this establishment. I must say the lady who took my order was very pleasant and greeted me with warmth friendly smile. Service was quick and my order was correct everything was excellent!! I will be returning again.
I missed some items on an order when I call back the little Asian manager listen to what I had to say told her what I missed I called back they wrote it down ask me if I can provide the information daytime blah blah even though it was written down I told her it is not my job to keep up with the orders that they screw up when people call they have that information in front of them she told me to come on in I wasted my time and my gas going down there just for her to tell me that she wasn't giving me my order does she messed up regardless to say that adds insult to injury very unprofessional and just spiteful at that

Place was dirty, trash cans were over flowing, placed a mobile order and it took 25 minutes. The bathrooms were disgusting and the toilet paper was on the floor with no other toilet paper in dispenser. Manager was rude to customers.

New Management is doing a great job. the coffee is fresh, and the atmosphere is great. They needed fresh people in this store. I can not believe how clean they keep the lobby. I stopped going to this location because of the staff and management. As well as the Grose coffee. I will be back and make this a pit stop every time I go through Williamsburg.
